shall_v have_v liberty_n to_o depart_v either_o by_o land_n or_o water_n to_o culmore_n or_o any_o part_n near_o the_o same_o for_o conveniency_n of_o ship_n and_o that_o with_o their_o arm_n colour_n fly_v drum_n beat_v light_a match_n and_o a_o suitable_a quantity_n of_o ammunition_n and_o there_o to_o ship_n or_o embark_v and_o shall_v before_o their_o departure_n deliver_v up_o to_o the_o say_a lieutenant_n general_n or_o to_o such_o who_o he_o shall_v appoint_v for_o his_o majesty_n use_n the_o possession_n of_o the_o say_a city_n with_o all_o store_n ammunition_n artillery_n and_o other_o implement_n and_o habiliment_n of_o war_n other_o than_o the_o arm_n herein_o before_o except_v 14._o that_o all_o and_o every_o person_n and_o person_n whatsoever_o that_o have_v take_v the_o
