power_n will_v be_v for_o bear_v witness_n to_o christ_n visible_a and_o glorious_a kingdom_n so_o that_o the_o controversy_n now_o will_v not_o be_v as_o former_o it_o be_v about_o the_o church_n ministry_n worship_n and_o discipline_n but_o about_o the_o whole_a rule_n dominion_n and_o government_n under_o the_o sun_n that_o be_v whether_o the_o kingdom_n of_o the_o world_n shall_v continue_v as_o they_o be_v in_o the_o hand_n of_o tyrant_n and_o oppressor_n or_o they_o shall_v be_v christ_n and_o the_o saint_n of_o the_o most_o high_a according_a to_o that_o promise_n and_o there_o be_v give_v he_o dominion_n and_o glory_n and_o a_o kingdom_n that_o all_o people_n nation_n and_o language_n shall_v serve_v he_o and_o his_o dominion_n be_v a_o everlasting_a dominion_n which_o shall_v 7._o 14_o 27._o and_o this_o prove_v likewise_o that_o the_o three_o year_n and_o half_a of_o this_o little_a horn_n must_v be_v the_o last_o of_o the_o one_o thousand_o two_o hundred_o and_o threescore_o year_n it_o be_v the_o last_o testimony_n of_o the_o witness_n in_o the_o behalf_n of_o christ_n and_o the_o main_a cause_n of_o their_o slay_v by_o the_o beast_n and_o here_o the_o reader_n may_v understand_v not_o only_o the_o time_n when_o the_o little_a horn_n shall_v stand_v up_o but_o one_o manifest_a character_n to_o know_v he_o by_o under_o his_o government_n there_o unto_o the_o end_n any_o thing_n but_o this_o but_o this_o will_v not_o be_v suffer_v no_o toleration_n here_o of_o tender_a conscience_n any_o lie_n rather_o will_v be_v bear_v then_o this_o truth_n and_o how_o to_o suppress_v it_o will_v be_v the_o great_a business_n and_o therefore_o crafty_a council_n will_v be_v take_v against_o jehovah_n and_o his_o christ_n i_o have_v handle_v the_o former_a point_n the_o more_o brief_o because_o i_o think_v they_o lie_v open_a to_o very_o little_a exception_n that_o which_o follow_v next_o be_v whether_o the_o present_a state-apostacy_n be_v the_o little_a horn_n i_o have_v say_v often_o before_o i_o undertake_v not_o the_o apply_v part_n i_o shall_v only_o show_v go_v over_o all_o the_o character_n what_o this_o little_a horn_n will_v antiochus_n epiphanes_n mahomet_n the_o turkish_a empire_n antichrist_n or_o one_o of_o the_o ten_o horn_n as_o the_o norman_a race_n william_n the_o conqueror_n charles_n stuart_n etc._n etc._n and_o thus_o both_o way_n have_v miss_v the_o mark_n for_o however_o as_o i_o say_v before_o this_o little_a horn_n be_v not_o one_o of_o the_o ten_o yet_o among_o they_o that_o be_v upon_o the_o head_n of_o the_o beast_n as_o the_o rest_n be_v hence_o i_o think_v this_o certain_o may_v be_v assert_v that_o if_o the_o present_a state-apostacy_n be_v not_o the_o little_a horn_n it_o have_v not_o yet_o rise_v for_o daniel_n descripttion_n of_o it_o in_o this_o place_n among_o they_o and_o yet_o another_o agree_v not_o with_o any_o person_n or_o state_n hitherto_o mention_v by_o any_o writer_n that_o i_o have_v see_v quest_n but_o why_o be_v he_o say_v to_o be_v among_o the_o ten_o horn_n on_o the_o body_n of_o the_o beast_n ans_fw-fr 1_o though_o he_o be_v none_o of_o they_o yet_o through_o ambition_n he_o will_v seek_v to_o be_v like_o they_o in_o state_n pomp_n and_o all_o wasteful_a vanity_n he_o will_v assume_v their_o title_n power_n privilege_n be_v as_o absolute_a a_o monarch_n as_o any_o of_o they_o in_o a_o word_n either_o he_o will_v follow_v the_o former_a horn_n in_o all_o their_o exorbitancy_n riot_n and_o excess_n or_o will_v strive_v what_o he_o can_v to_o have_v it_o so_o 2_o that_o he_o be_v say_v to_o be_v upon_o the_o beast_n it_o be_v to_o show_v notwithstanding_o his_o former_a declaration_n and_o engagement_n and_o war_a a_o long_a time_n against_o kingship_n when_o he_o come_v to_o be_v the_o horn_n he_o shall_v uphold_v the_o rot_a interest_n of_o the_o four_o beast_n as_o her_o member_n namely_o priest_n and_o lawyer_n her_o moth-eaten_a custom_n and_o tradition_n and_o what_o else_o that_o filthy_a part_n of_o the_o image_n viz._n foot_n and_o toe_n be_v compound_v of_o another_o little_a horn_n junius_n piscator_fw-la and_o many_o other_o translate_v the_o last_o horn_n be_v little_a achari_fw-la say_v willet_n signify_v the_o last_o as_o well_o as_o another_o the_o wisdom_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n be_v to_o be_v mind_v here_o in_o make_v choice_n of_o a_o word_n whereby_o to_o show_v what_o this_o little_a horn_n shall_v be_v 1_o another_o here_o be_v signify_v though_o this_o horn_n be_v a_o state_n or_o government_n as_o be_v say_v before_o yet_o shall_v it_o not_o have_v the_o constitution_n and_o form_n of_o a_o civil_a state_n it_o shall_v not_o have_v i_o say_v any_o stamp_n upon_o it_o suitable_a either_o to_o a_o kingdom_n or_o a_o commonwealth_n as_o the_o ten_o horn_n have_v for_o howsoever_o some_o of_o they_o at_o first_o be_v not_o fair_o constitute_v yet_o within_o a_o while_n that_o question_n be_v take_v off_o and_o the_o government_n acknowledge_v by_o the_o people_n to_o be_v just_a and_o lawful_a but_o this_o little_a horn_n for_o all_o his_o policy_n and_o knowledge_n of_o god_n as_o there_o be_v two_o apostasy_n the_o first_o and_o the_o last_o so_o there_o be_v the_o first_o horn_n and_o the_o last_o horn_n the_o first_o apostasy_n and_o the_o first_o horn_n rise_v together_o so_o say_v the_o scripture_n and_o the_o ten_o horn_n which_o thou_o see_v be_v ten_o king_n which_o have_v receive_v no_o kingdom_n as_o yet_o but_o receive_v power_n as_o king_n one_o hour_n with_o the_o beast_n rev._n 17._o 12._o the_o king_n and_o horn_n i_o understand_v to_o be_v all_o one_o the_o roman_a empire_n break_v to_o piece_n that_o be_v several_a nation_n at_o one_o time_n so_o the_o last_o apostasy_n and_o the_o last_o horn_n will_v be_v in_o one_o hour_n but_o again_o for_o great_a be_v the_o mystery_n of_o godliness_n here_o also_o may_v be_v mean_v as_o the_o little_a horn_n shall_v not_o grow_v upon_o the_o body_n of_o the_o beast_n till_o in_o the_o last_o day_n when_o perilous_a time_n shall_v come_v and_o the_o former_a horn_n near_o cut_v off_o so_o he_o shall_v be_v the_o last_o indeed_o as_o vers_n 24._o for_o i_o think_v god_n hand_n will_v be_v so_o visible_a and_o eminent_o lift_v up_o against_o he_o in_o give_v his_o body_n to_o special_o comprehend_v such_o who_o before_o witness_v against_o his_o apostasy_n and_o tyranny_n and_o suffer_v under_o he_o for_o their_o testimony_n isa_n 14._o 2._o and_o 33._o 1._o ezek._n 39_o 10._o as_o gideon_n with_o three_o hundred_o man_n break_v the_o host_n of_o the_o midiarite_n and_o other_o afterward_o come_v in_o to_o they_o and_o pursue_v the_o enemy_n and_o so_o obtain_v a_o shall_v none_o but_o saint_n be_v use_v as_o instrument_n to_o execute_v god_n judgement_n upon_o he_o answ_n some_o indeed_o think_v so_o and_o give_v these_o reason_n 1_o this_o honour_n have_v all_o his_o saint_n psal_n 149._o 9_o as_o if_o this_o be_v their_o privilege_n alone_o to_o execute_v the_o judgement_n write_v the_o which_o relate_v say_v they_o unto_o the_o vial_n 2_o if_o the_o
