of_o the_o church_n we_o may_v see_v how_o the_o lord_n ordain_v two_o diverse_a degree_n of_o minister_n who_o when_o he_o distinguish_v in_o number_n and_o dissever_v into_o distinct_a company_n do_v he_o not_o declare_v that_o in_o honour_n and_o authority_n they_o be_v not_o equal_a not_o all_o of_o a_o company_n the_o which_o thing_n very_o he_o will_v never_o have_v do_v have_v he_o once_o know_v and_o he_o shall_v know_v that_o it_o have_v be_v a_o sin_n for_o minister_n to_o be_v diverse_a in_o degree_n and_o not_o equal_a in_o dignity_n and_o these_o be_v the_o first_o preacher_n of_o the_o gospel_n under_o the_o lord_n direction_n while_o himself_o be_v yet_o resident_a among_o they_o but_o after_o he_o ascend_v into_o heaven_n he_o raise_v up_o prophet_n also_o be_v the_o church_n of_o old_a plant_v water_v and_o increase_v it_o be_v a_o thing_n better_o know_v and_o commend_v then_o that_o i_o need_v to_o repeat_v it_o or_o themselves_o to_o repent_v it_o notwithstanding_o there_o be_v some_o in_o these_o day_n which_o take_v up_o but_o to_o shrewd_o this_o sentence_n of_o we_o as_o if_o it_o be_v some_o anabaptisticall_a fancy_n when_o it_o be_v say_v labour_n succeed_v the_o apostle_n have_v receive_v the_o lord_n christ_n i_o will_v not_o now_o stand_v to_o tell_v they_o only_o this_o i_o conclude_v that_o the_o command_n and_o commission_n of_o preach_v the_o gospel_n stand_v yet_o in_o his_o full_a strength_n and_o force_n in_o the_o church_n of_o god_n and_o shall_v so_o long_o as_o there_o be_v any_o nation_n that_o know_v not_o the_o lord_n that_o at_o this_o day_n there_o be_v none_o send_v by_o the_o church_n of_o christ_n to_o the_o nation_n which_o have_v not_o know_v christ_n it_o be_v not_o long_o of_o the_o lack_n of_o sufficient_a power_n to_o send_v but_o of_o sufficient_a person_n to_o be_v send_v or_o at_o least_o wise_a of_o a_o better_a zeal_n to_o advance_v the_o kingdom_n of_o christ_n indeed_o no_o man_n ought_v to_o tempt_v the_o lord_n do_v not_o himself_o forbid_v his_o apostle_n to_o stir_v one_o foot_n out_o of_o jerusalem_n to_o discharge_v their_o duty_n before_o they_o have_v receive_v the_o holy_a ghost_n so_o requisite_a be_v it_o that_o a_o man_n be_v thorough_o furnish_v for_o so_o great_a a_o enterprise_n before_o he_o undertake_v it_o and_o therefore_o because_o the_o judgement_n myself_o what_o it_o be_v that_o shall_v make_v any_o learned_a or_o religious_a man_n think_v that_o the_o office_n of_o apostle_n and_o evangelist_n be_v cease_v in_o the_o church_n and_o that_o at_o this_o day_n there_o be_v none_o possess_v of_o any_o authority_n apostolic_a to_o who_o the_o other_o elder_n ought_v to_o supply_v in_o the_o governance_n of_o the_o church_n and_o i_o wonder_v the_o more_o that_o there_o be_v any_o that_o shall_v think_v the_o power_n apostolic_a a_o thing_n so_o extraordinary_a as_o if_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a that_o it_o shall_v be_v devolue_v to_o their_o posterity_n indeed_o the_o church_n have_v not_o continue_v those_o name_n among_o we_o but_o be_v that_o sufficient_a to_o prove_v that_o with_o those_o title_n the_o authority_n also_o be_v which_o be_v heir_n general_a of_o the_o power_n apostolic_a but_o go_v to_o now_o let_v we_o imagine_v if_o there_o can_v be_v such_o a_o conceit_n that_o it_o be_v not_o so_o as_o i_o have_v say_v let_v we_o suppose_v also_o for_o a_o while_n that_o the_o apostle_n leave_v all_o unto_o pastor_n and_o elder_n of_o equal_a authority_n who_o have_v only_o the_o charge_n of_o their_o several_a church_n and_o their_o province_n limit_v within_o the_o precinct_n of_o their_o own_o only_a parish_n what_o then_o shall_v we_o say_v become_v of_o those_o church_n in_o the_o which_o the_o ambitious_a and_o cause_v man_n thought_n to_o overreach_v as_o for_o age_n experience_n wealth_n wisdom_n nobility_n &_o such_o like_a they_o open_o bewray_v themselves_o in_o who_o soever_o they_o be_v the_o great_a so_o that_o there_o be_v seldom_o any_o question_n about_o those_o thing_n it_o remain_v therefore_o that_o the_o question_n between_o they_o be_v for_o honour_n and_o authority_n of_o dignity_n under_o king_n david_n and_o other_o prince_n so_o they_o persuade_v themselves_o that_o the_o like_a distinction_n of_o order_n and_o honour_n ought_v to_o be_v continue_v among_o they_o neither_o can_v they_o so_o soon_o forget_v that_o honourable_a speech_n of_o their_o lord_n when_o he_o promise_v they_o that_o one_o day_n they_o shall_v sit_v upon_o twelve_o throne_n and_o judge_v the_o twelve_o tribe_n of_o israel_n these_o conceit_n i_o shall_v conceive_v the_o apostle_n have_v then_o in_o their_o head_n be_v make_v as_o yet_o and_o not_o thorough_o exercise_v in_o the_o censure_n of_o heavenly_a thing_n &_o these_o i_o think_v rather_o to_o have_v proceed_v in_o they_o of_o a_o certain_a weak_a ignorance_n and_o erroneous_a misconceive_a then_o of_o any_o
