like_a or_o worse_a practice_n of_o raise_v a_o new_a war_n be_v revive_v with_o more_o advantage_n to_o our_o enemy_n more_o danger_n to_o we_o and_o the_o kingdom_n and_o less_o hope_n of_o appease_v it_o so_o easy_o and_o happy_o as_o the_o former_a while_o the_o same_o violent_a and_o factious_a spirit_n both_o in_o the_o parliament_n and_o elsewhere_o shall_v continue_v in_o the_o
