they_o be_v as_o dangerous_a and_o deadly_a water_n which_o swallow_v they_o into_o the_o pit_n of_o impatience_n blasphemy_n and_o desperation_n thou_o have_v therefore_o my_o brother_n another_o the_o end_n thereof_o be_v the_o way_n of_o death_n and_o in_o another_o place_n among_o the_o four_o kind_n of_o evil_n he_o reckon_v up_o this_o also_o say_v there_o be_v a_o generation_n that_o curse_v their_o father_n 30._o and_o do_v not_o bless_v their_o mother_n there_o be_v a_o generation_n that_o think_v themselves_o clean_o and_o yet_o be_v not_o cleanse_v from_o their_o filthiness_n pernicious_a of_o all_o that_o be_v in_o the_o world_n and_o among_o they_o he_o also_o put_v in_o this_o hypocrisy_n of_o which_o we_o now_o speak_v that_o be_v when_o as_o most_o impure_a man_n as_o this_o pharisey_n be_v will_v be_v deem_v pure_a and_o holy_a the_o state_n of_o that_o man_n that_o be_v entangle_v with_o this_o vice_n be_v most_o dangerous_a certain_o the_o evil_n be_v lesser_a if_o a_o man_n be_v evil_a and_o will_v not_o be_v account_v good_a then_o if_o he_o be_v unjust_a and_o will_v be_v esteem_v just_a for_o be_v it_o that_o a_o man_n be_v wicked_a yet_o the_o knowledge_n of_o himself_o will_v be_v the_o beginning_n of_o his_o salvation_n but_o when_o his_o wickedness_n be_v not_o know_v and_o he_o although_o sick_a will_v be_v account_v sound_n and_o in_o health_n what_o remedy_n or_o what_o medicine_n shall_v be_v apply_v to_o he_o therefore_o our_o savionr_n say_v to_o the_o phariseis_n the_o publican_n and_o harlot_n shall_v enter_v into_o the_o who_o by_o the_o fire_n of_o his_o charity_n which_o he_o have_v in_o himself_o possess_v all_o virtue_n as_o well_o internal_a as_o external_a as_o we_o have_v say_v before_o on_o the_o contrary_a part_n he_o be_v cold_a who_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o absence_n &_o want_n of_o charity_n have_v neither_o internal_a nor_o external_a virtue_n he_o be_v luke_o warm_a who_o have_v some_o external_a virtue_n but_o not_o any_o internal_a no_o not_o a_o spark_n of_o charity_n therefore_o the_o lord_n signify_v here_o that_o he_o that_o be_v luke_o warm_a be_v in_o much_o worse_a estate_n than_o he_o that_o be_v cold_a not_o because_o he_o be_v burden_a with_o more_o sin_n but_o because_o he_o be_v more_o hardly_o deliver_v from_o they_o for_o he_o be_v so_o much_o the_o more_o far_a of_o from_o remedy_n by_o how_o much_o he_o think_v himself_o more_o secure_a and_o free_a from_o all_o evil_a for_o from_o this_o superficial_a righteousness_n if_o i_o may_v so_o call_v it_o which_o he_o have_v he_o take_v a_o occasion_n to_o believe_v that_o he_o be_v some_o body_n when_o in_o truth_n he_o be_v no_o body_n wherefore_o the_o lord_n expound_v who_o he_o have_v term_v luke_o warm_a add_v because_o thou_o say_v i_o be_o rich_a and_o increase_v with_o good_n and_o have_v need_n of_o nothing_o and_o know_v not_o how_o that_o thou_o be_v wretched_a and_o miserable_a and_o poor_a and_o blind_a and_o naked_a do_v not_o these_o word_n lively_a and_o in_o orient_a colour_n depaynt_v the_o image_n of_o the_o pharisie_n that_o say_v god_n i_o thank_v thou_o that_o i_o be_o
