what_o rule_n of_o policy_n in_o what_o condition_n of_o person_n in_o regard_n that_o the_o next_o succeed_a judge_n may_v be_v of_o another_o opinion_n and_o that_o a_o circumstance_n may_v alter_v the_o reason_n of_o this_o law_n in_o many_o particular_a case_n which_o the_o wit_n of_o man_n be_v not_o able_a to_o foresee_v or_o give_v a_o general_a rule_n in_o and_o they_o say_v that_o to_o to_o come_v any_o way_n short_a in_o performance_n of_o that_o duty_n which_o they_o confess_v to_o be_v due_a unto_o your_o lordship_n or_o be_v want_v in_o promote_a or_o advance_v the_o commonwealth_n which_o they_o believe_v to_o be_v aim_v at_o by_o the_o say_a question_n though_o it_o may_v seem_v to_o draw_v damage_n or_o prejudice_n upon_o their_o particular_n they_o do_v in_o
