communicate_v to_o the_o council_n of_o state_n and_o to_o the_o officer_n of_o the_o several_a army_n under_o his_o command_n which_o declaration_n and_o several_a letter_n from_o his_o majesty_n be_v present_v according_a to_o their_o several_a direction_n may_v the_o first_o in_o his_o declaration_n he_o offer_v 1._o a_o general_a pardon_n to_o all_o of_o all_o sort_n except_v only_o such_o as_o the_o parliament_n shall_v think_v fit_a to_o except_v provide_v that_o they_o sue_v out_o their_o pardon_n under_o the_o great_a seal_n of_o england_n within_o forty_o day_n after_o the_o publication_n thereof_o 2._o he_o offer_v a_o liberty_n to_o tender_a conscience_n for_o matter_n of_o religion_n so_o far_o forth_o as_o the_o parliament_n shall_v think_v fit_a and_o to_o consent_v to_o such_o a_o act_n as_o the_o parliament_n for_o that_o purpose_n shall_v tender_v to_o his_o majesty_n 3._o for_o the_o sale_n and_o purchase_n of_o land_n make_v since_o these_o late_a trouble_n he_o be_v willing_a to_o leave_v it_o to_o the_o determination_n of_o parliament_n who_o he_o presume_v best_o able_a to_o provide_v for_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o all_o such_o as_o be_v concern_v therein_o and_o last_o he_o promise_v full_a satisfaction_n of_o arrear_n to_o all_o officer_n and_o soldier_n of_o general_n monck_n army_n and_o to_o receive_v they_o into_o his_o service_n upon_o as_o good_a pay_n and_o condition_n as_o they_o now_o enjoy_v this_o be_v the_o sum_n of_o his_o declaration_n publish_v at_o breda_n april_n 14._o 1660._o in_o the_o twelve_o year_n of_o his_o majesty_n reign_n this_o declaration_n together_o with_o his_o several_a letter_n aforementioned_a be_v high_o accept_v the_o lord_n mayor_n aldermen_z and_o common_a council_n after_o the_o read_n of_o they_o cry_v out_o unanimous_o god_n save_o king_n charles_n and_o present_o take_v down_o the_o commonwealth_n arm_n that_o hang_v in_o the_o guild-hall_n and_o as_o they_o say_v break_v they_o
