7.8.9_o o_o lord_n i_o know_v not_o how_o to_o go_v out_o or_o in_o thy_o servant_n be_v set_v over_o this_o great_a people_n give_v he_o a_o understanding_n heart_n to_o judge_v right_o that_o he_o may_v discern_v between_o good_a and_o evil_n otherwise_o who_o be_v able_a to_o govern_v this_o great_a people_n very_o notable_a and_o excellent_a doctrine_n be_v deliver_v unto_o we_o out_o of_o these_o few_o word_n these_o virtue_n of_o which_o we_o have_v speak_v have_v their_o root_n and_o rest_a place_n in_o goodness_n and_o indeed_o can_v elsewhere_o be_v find_v and_o goodness_n natural_o communicate_v and_o distribute_v itself_o as_o a_o grace_n that_o can_v contain_v itself_o within_o itself_o but_o needs_o must_v break_v forth_o for_o the_o glory_n of_o he_o that_o give_v it_o and_o the_o good_a of_o they_o who_o be_v partaker_n thereof_o wherefore_o these_o royal_a and_o kingly_a virtue_n must_v send_v out_o their_o bough_n and_o branch_n even_o unto_o the_o border_n of_o the_o kingdom_n and_o country_n so_o as_o there_o may_v not_o be_v any_o though_o never_o so_o mean_a but_o in_o some_o measure_n more_o or_o less_o they_o shall_v partake_v thereof_o one_o of_o they_o spread_v out_o itself_o in_o the_o sinew_n that_o so_o it_o may_v preserve_v the_o people_n and_o contain_v they_o in_o their_o duty_n the_o other_o spread_v out_o itself_o in_o the_o vein_n comfortable_o to_o water_v the_o land_n and_o the_o people_n thereof_o with_o the_o prince_n favour_n and_o this_o be_v that_o same_o common_a and_o general_a good_a which_o the_o prince_n owe_v unto_o all_o his_o subject_n justice_n i_o mean_v and_o with_o it_o peace_n and_o protection_n or_o defence_n also_o and_o that_o without_o difference_n or_o respect_n be_v herein_o frame_v &_o conform_v himself_o unto_o god_n the_o sovereign_a lord_n who_o make_v his_o sun_n to_o shine_v 5.45_o mat._n 5.45_o and_o his_o rain_n to_o fall_v indifferent_o upon_o the_o good_a and_o the_o evil_a give_v more_o sometime_o to_o the_o debase_v and_o afflict_v than_o to_o other_o that_o be_v not_o humble_v not_o only_o because_o they_o stand_v in_o more_o need_n but_o also_o because_o mercy_n in_o his_o own_o nature_n draw_v nigh_o unto_o he_o that_o have_v need_n thereof_o as_o justice_n likewise_o to_o he_o that_o lie_v more_o open_a to_o outrage_n and_o violence_n he_o follow_v herein_o that_o which_o be_v command_v open_v thy_o mouth_n for_o the_o dumb_a 31.8_o prou._n 31.8_o in_o the_o cause_n and_o right_n of_o they_o that_o be_v appoint_v to_o destruction_n and_o herein_o also_o fashion_v himself_o like_a unto_o god_n 23.10_o pro._n 23.10_o who_o bow_v down_o his_o head_n to_o hear_v he_o that_o be_v humble_v &_o keep_v himself_o continual_o about_o they_o that_o be_v by_o a_o afflict_a spirit_n and_o watch_v over_o the_o harness_a of_o the_o fatherless_a and_o preserve_v the_o widow_n bound_n but_o to_o they_o that_o be_v know_v for_o good_a people_n and_o find_v indeed_o to_o be_v man_n of_o godliness_n and_o integrity_n there_o be_v another_o mercy_n there_o be_v another_o justice_n due_a that_o be_v to_o show_v unto_o they_o christian_a countenance_n and_o particular_a or_o special_a favour_n to_o cherish_v they_o to_o acknowledge_v they_o for_o such_o &_o to_o honour_n in_o they_o that_o grace_n or_o grace_n which_o god_n have_v vouchsafe_v unto_o they_o to_o honour_v he_o withal_o that_o so_o he_o may_v apparent_o distinguish_v they_o from_o other_o that_o indeed_o be_v not_o such_o every_o one_o shall_v learn_v to_o put_v a_o difference_n betwixt_o the_o precious_a and_o the_o vile_a ●_o psal_n 15._o ●_o and_o to_o make_v much_o of_o they_o that_o fear_v the_o lord_n therefore_o the_o prince_n much_o more_o shall_v do_v it_o because_o he_o shall_v be_v of_o a_o more_o discern_a spirit_n than_o other_o man_n and_o it_o be_v 〈◊〉_d piece_n of_o his_o duty_n to_o observe_v and_o make_v this_o difference_n and_o yet_o we_o many_o time_n see_v that_o none_o be_v more_o blind_a than_o they_o and_o none_o less_o regard_v or_o rather_o more_o contemn_v than_o those_o that_o ●n●ai●e●tly_o fear_v god_n it_o may_v be_v we_o know_v not_o what_o it_o be_v to_o honour_v they_o if_o that_o be_v so_o let_v we_o listen_v and_o learn_v a_o little_a to_o honour_v good_a man_n be_v nothing_o else_o but_o to_o sound_v yea_o &_o if_o need_n be_v to_o send_v they_o abroad_o into_o 〈◊〉_d world_n and_o by_o that_o m●●nes_n to_o stir●e_v up_o at_o desire_n in_o all_o both_o to_o resemble_v they_o and_o indeed_o to_o become_v such_o but_o to_o leave_v they_o wrap_v up_o in_o confusion_n and_o in_o a_o mass_n of_o misery_n that_o be_v nothing_o else_o but_o to_o make_v vice_n and_o virtue_n all_o one_o or_o rather_o indeed_o against_o virtue_n to_o streng_n they_o vice_n vice_n i_o say_v which_o be_v but_o of_o too_o much_o account_n among_o man_n yea_o which_o be_v but_o too_o much_o in_o every_o one_o of_o we_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o secret_a intelligence_n which_o it_o have_v with_o our_o corrupt_a nature_n and_o so_o by_o this_o we_o see_v second_o step_n of_o god_n goodness_n towards_o man_n which_o as_o it_o appear_v in_o this_o that_o he_o make_v they_o his_o child_n his_o dear_o belove_a oves_fw-la his_o heir_n and_o reserve_v for_o they_o his_o treasure_n and_o distribute_v free_o his_o grace_n unto_o they_o so_o do_v it_o more_o particular_o appear_v as_o in_o respect_n of_o king_n who_o though_o by_o nature_n they_o may_v be_v bear_v to_o kingdom_n or_o by_o man_n be_v choose_v thereto_o yet_o never_o can_v have_v grace_n to_o be_v king_n indeed_o but_o from_o he_o 1.17_o i_o be_o 1.17_o from_o who_o alone_o descend_v every_o good_a gift_n &_o perfect_a grace_n and_o who_o can_v never_o fail_v they_o indeed_o or_o ever_o will_v except_o it_o be_v through_o injustice_n neglect_v of_o duty_n or_o other_o some_o grecuous_a transgression_n see_v it_o have_v please_v the_o sovereign_a lord_n
