it_o be_v to_o preserve_v and_o secure_v they_o from_o the_o design_n that_o be_v lay_v against_o they_o but_o the_o king_n also_o have_v be_v please_v to_o signify_v the_o same_o and_o that_o as_o well_o in_o several_a proclamation_n publish_v for_o the_o inform_v of_o his_o people_n as_o in_o divers_a speech_n to_o his_o two_o house_n of_o parliament_n who_o advice_n he_o both_o thereupon_o
