to_o his_o government_n at_o least_o for_o that_o time_n and_o our_o constitution_n can_v no_o more_o than_o any_o other_o government_n in_o the_o world_n be_v leave_v in_o such_o a_o condition_n or_o can_v be_v say_v to_o subsist_v in_o such_o a_o case_n and_o it_o be_v against_o all_o the_o sense_n and_o reason_n of_o mankind_n to_o think_v that_o any_o nation_n either_o will_n or_o aught_o to_o continue_v without_o a_o settlement_n till_o the_o governor_n who_o have_v leave_v it_o unaware_o and_o in_o confusion_n will_v be_v please_v to_o think_v of_o return_v do_v any_o one_o believe_v cease_v to_o govern_v we_o and_o the_o very_a same_o moment_n he_o be_v please_v to_o leave_v off_o govern_v by_o withdraw_v himself_o he_o cancel_v the_o obligation_n of_o all_o oath_n and_o
