whereas_o the_o aforesaid_a richard_n bushopp_n in_o his_o plead_n allege_v that_o by_o the_o aforesaid_a act_n of_o parliament_n of_o the_o say_v late_a king_n henry_n the_o 8_o the_o 8_o day_n of_o june_n in_o the_o 28_o year_n of_o his_o reign_n make_v it_o be_v enact_v that_o the_o say_v late_a king_n henry_n the_o 8_o his_o heir_n and_o successor_n shall_v have_v hold_v and_o enjoy_v all_o and_o singular_a the_o manor_n aforesaid_a with_o the_o appurtenance_n in_o fee_n simple_a save_v always_o to_o all_o person_n and_o person_n body_n politic_a and_o corporate_a their_o heir_n and_o successor_n and_o to_o the_o heir_n and_o successor_n of_o every_o of_o they_o other_o than_o to_o the_o aforesaid_a late_a countess_n of_o warwick_n and_o her_o heir_n and_o the_o heir_n of_o the_o say_v richard_n late_a earl_n of_o warwick_n brother_n of_o the_o say_v late_a countess_n all_o such_o right_n title_n uses_n interest_n term_n of_o year_n demise_n demise_n entry_n action_n grant_n and_o condition_n which_o he_o or_o any_o of_o their_o heir_n or_o the_o heir_n or_o successor_n of_o any_o of_o they_o have_v or_o have_v or_o may_v to_o have_v or_o aught_o to_o have_v have_v if_o the_o say_a act_n of_o parliament_n have_v never_o be_v make_v any_o thing_n in_o the_o say_a act_n to_o the_o contrary_a thereof_o notwithstanding_o and_o the_o aforesaid_a richard_n bushopp_n in_o his_o plea_n aforesaid_a do_v not_o allege_v in_o fact_n that_o the_o aforesaid_a ann_n now_o countess_n of_o warwick_n in_o who_o right_a and_o as_o servant_n of_o which_o countess_n the_o say_a
