to_o the_o common_a gaol_n of_o this_o county_n and_o he_o deliver_v to_o the_o gaoler_n or_o his_o deputy_n there_o who_o be_v hereby_o require_v he_o to_o receive_v and_o detain_v in_o their_o custody_n as_o a_o prisoner_n until_o he_o shall_v be_v from_o thence_o deliver_v by_o a_o due_a course_n of_o law_n 16._o there_o be_v a_o necessity_n in_o it_o that_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n there_o be_v little_a difference_n between_o a_o warrant_n of_o commitment_n and_o a_o mittimus_fw-la for_o both_o be_v to_o do_v one_o thing_n and_o they_o differ_v a_o little_a only_o in_o the_o form_n it_o will_v be_v easy_a therefore_o to_o make_v one_o of_o they_o by_o the_o other_o 18._o it_o be_v usual_a to_o grant_v warrant_n against_o offender_n upon_o penal_a law_n to_o bind_v they_o
