examiner_n chirurgeon_n or_o searcher_n to_o be_v sick_a of_o the_o plague_n he_o shall_v the_o same_o night_n be_v sequester_v in_o the_o same_o house_n and_o in_o case_n he_o be_v so_o sequester_v then_o though_o he_o afterward_o die_v not_o the_o house_n wherein_o he_o sicken_v shall_v be_v shut_v up_o for_o a_o month_n after_o the_o use_n of_o due_a preseruative_n take_v by_o the_o rest_n such_o perfume_n as_o be_v requisite_a within_o the_o infect_a house_n before_o they_o be_v take_v again_o to_o use_v this_o to_o be_v do_v by_o the_o appointment_n of_o the_o examiner_n shut_v up_o session_n be_v order_v distribute_v and_o bestow_v for_o the_o relief_n of_o the_o poor_a hospital_n of_o that_o county_n and_o of_o those_o that_o shall_v sustain_v loss_n by_o fire_n water_n the_o sea_n or_o other_o casualty_n and_o to_o such_o other_o charitable_a purpose_n for_o the_o relief_n of_o the_o poor_a as_o to_o the_o more_o part_n of_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n shall_v of_o the_o same_o parish_n and_o to_o do_v and_o execute_v all_o other_o thing_n aswell_o for_o the_o dispose_n of_o the_o say_a stork_n as_o otherwise_o concern_v the_o premise_n month_n as_o to_o they_o shall_v seem_v convenient_a which_o say_v churchwarden_n and_o overseer_n so_o to_o be_v nominate_v or_o such_o of_o they_o as_o shall_v not_o be_v let_v by_o sickness_n or_o other_o just_a the_o say_a city_n borough_n town_n corporate_a and_o place_n privilege_v or_o the_o liberty_n or_o precinct_n thereof_o at_o such_o reasonable_a tax_n and_o payment_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a for_o the_o reasonable_a relief_n of_o such_o person_n infect_v or_o inhabit_v in_o house_n and_o place_n infect_v in_o the_o same_o city_n borough_n and_o town_n corporate_a and_o place_n privilege_v and_o from_o time_n to_o time_n levy_v the_o same_o tax_n of_o the_o good_n of_o every_o person_n refuse_v or_o neglect_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a tax_n by_o warrant_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_v of_o the_o mayor_n and_o bailiff_n and_o head_n officer_n aforesaid_a or_o two_o such_o justice_n of_o peace_n to_o be_v direct_v to_o any_o person_n or_o person_n for_o the_o execution_n thereof_o and_o if_o the_o party_n to_o who_o such_o warrant_n be_v or_o shall_v be_v direct_v shall_v not_o find_v any_o good_n to_o levy_v the_o same_o and_o the_o party_n tax_v shall_v refuse_v to_o pay_v the_o same_o tax_n that_o then_o upon_o return_n thereof_o the_o say_a mayor_n bailiff_n head_n officer_n or_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v by_o like_a warrant_n under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n cause_n the_o same_o person_n so_o tax_v to_o be_v arrest_v and_o commit_v to_o the_o gaol_n without_o bail_n or_o maineprise_n until_o he_o shall_v satisfy_v the_o same_o taxation_n and_o the_o arrearage_n thereof_o and_o if_o the_o inhabitant_n of_o any_o such_o city_n infect_a borough_n town_n corporate_a or_o place_n privilege_v shall_v find_v themselves_o unable_a to_o relieve_v their_o say_a poor_a infect_v person_n and_o other_o as_o aforesaid_a that_o then_o upon_o certificate_n thereof_o by_o the_o mayor_n bailiff_n head_n officer_n and_o other_o the_o say_a justice_n of_o peace_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o to_o the_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n of_o or_o near_o to_o the_o say_a city_n borough_n town_n corporate_a or_o privilege_a place_n so_o infect_v or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o to_o be_v make_v the_o say_a justice_n of_o or_o near_o the_o say_a county_n or_o any_o two_o of_o they_o shall_v or_o may_v tax_v and_o assess_v the_o inhabitant_n of_o the_o county_n within_o five_o mile_n of_o the_o say_a place_n infect_v at_o such_o reasonable_a and_o weekly_a tax_n and_o rate_n as_o they_o shall_v think_v fit_a to_o be_v levy_v by_o warrant_n from_o any_o such_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o or_o near_o the_o county_n by_o sale_n of_o good_n and_o in_o default_n thereof_o by_o imprisonment_n of_o the_o body_n of_o the_o party_n tax_v as_o aforesaid_a and_o if_o any_o such_o infection_n shall_v be_v in_o any_o borough_n town_n corporate_a or_o piviledge_v place_n where_o there_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v no_o justice_n of_o peace_n or_o in_o any_o village_n or_o hamlet_n within_o any_o county_n that_o then_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o any_o two_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o say_a county_n wherein_o the_o say_a place_n infect_v be_v or_o shall_v be_v to_o tax_v and_o assess_v the_o inhabitant_n of_o
