any_o justice_n as_o the_o unjust_a judge_n be_v describe_v luk._n 18.2_o and_o with_o most_o justice_n be_v a_o very_a scarce_a commodity_n they_o have_v but_o a_o very_a little_a of_o it_o and_o they_o distribute_v it_o very_o poor_o and_o spare_o where_o almost_o be_v the_o man_n to_o be_v find_v that_o have_v plenty_n of_o justice_n in_o himself_o and_o distribute_v it_o plentiful_o to_o other_o there_o be_v sure_o a_o great_a scarcity_n of_o justice_n in_o the_o justicer_n of_o jerusalem_n when_o the_o lord_n by_o his_o prophet_n jer._n 5.1_o offer_v to_o pardon_v the_o whole_a city_n if_o upon_o the_o send_n forth_o of_o his_o wâ—it_n of_o enquiry_n the_o name_n of_o any_o one_o man_n can_v be_v return_v that_o execute_v judgement_n o_o that_o dearth_n of_o justice_n and_o in_o what_o place_n may_v we_o hope_v to_o find_v plenty_n of_o justice_n among_o man_n when_o so_o little_a of_o it_o be_v to_o be_v find_v in_o jerusalem_n the_o city_n of_o god_n yet_o this_o may_v comfort_v we_o that_o though_o there_o be_v little_a of_o it_o in_o or_o among_o man_n there_o be_v plenty_n of_o it_o in_o god_n and_o that_o there_o be_v plenty_n of_o justice_n in_o god_n i_o will_v demonstrate_v these_o five_o way_n first_o he_o have_v plenty_n of_o justice_n who_o deal_v just_o with_o every_o man_n god_n give_v every_o man_n his_o due_a all_o his_o due_a and_o nothing_o but_o his_o due_n more_o distinct_o take_v this_o in_o two_o branch_n first_o he_o that_o reward_v all_o that_o be_v good_a with_o good_a not_o this_o or_o that_o man_n not_o his_o kinsman_n or_o his_o friend_n only_o but_o every_o man_n that_o be_v good_a with_o good_a he_o have_v plenty_n of_o justice_n thus_o do_v god_n the_o respect_n which_o god_n have_v to_o the_o person_n of_o good_a man_n be_v like_o the_o respect_n which_o good_a man_n have_v to_o the_o command_n of_o god_n it_o be_v universal_a he_o respect_v they_o all_o as_o they_o give_v he_o plentiful_a obedience_n have_v a_o respect_n to_o all_o his_o commandment_n so_o he_o give_v they_o plentiful_a justice_n he_o have_v respect_n to_o all_o their_o person_n to_o all_o their_o working_n to_o all_o their_o way_n which_o be_v holy_a just_a and_o good_a again_o second_o he_o have_v plenty_n of_o justice_n who_o punish_v all_o that_o do_v evil_a not_o wink_v at_o nor_o spare_a friend_n or_o kindred_n sure_o then_o there_o be_v plenty_n of_o justice_n in_o god_n for_o as_o he_o reward_v all_o the_o good_a with_o good_a so_o he_o reward_v all_o evil_a man_n with_o evil_a that_o be_v all_o the_o reward_n they_o shall_v have_v and_o they_o shall_v have_v plenty_n of_o it_o psal_n 31.23_o he_o plenteous_o reward_v the_o proud_a doer_n the_o proud_a shall_v have_v and_o drink_v up_o the_o last_o the_o residue_n the_o remainder_n the_o very_a dregs_o of_o the_o bitter_a cup_n of_o the_o cup_n of_o tremble_a as_o the_o hebrew_n elegancy_n use_v by_o the_o psalmist_n intimate_v tribulation_n and_o anguish_n upon_o every_o soul_n of_o man_n that_o do_v evil_a for_o there_o be_v no_o respect_n of_o person_n with_o god_n rom._n 2.9_o 11._o as_o he_o will_v punish_v none_o but_o evil-doer_n so_o be_v but_o the_o signification_n of_o his_o own_o mind_n therefore_o he_o must_v needs_o know_v they_o and_o be_v well_o skill_v in_o they_o some_o man_n have_v a_o good_a mind_n to_o do_v justice_n yet_o have_v no_o plenty_n of_o it_o because_o they_o be_v unskilful_a in_o the_o rule_n of_o it_o the_o law_n both_o of_o god_n and_o man_n a_o judge_n that_o be_v blind_a through_o ignorance_n and_o have_v not_o a_o gift_n of_o knowledge_n and_o understanding_n in_o the_o law_n falter_v in_o do_v or_o be_v unfit_a to_o do_v justice_n as_o much_o as_o â—e_v â—hat_n be_v blind_v with_o gift_n oâ—_n bias_v by_o relation_n and_o private_a passion_n he_o that_o be_v blind_a the_o former_a way_n can_v have_v and_o he_o that_o be_v blind_v by_o any_o of_o the_o latter_a way_n will_v never_o dâ—_n plenty_n of_o justice_n but_o as_o the_o lord_n have_v a_o infinite_o cleaâ—_n eye_n as_o to_o the_o rule_n â—o_o no_o gift_n can_v blind_v he_o nor_o can_v any_o relation_n put_v ouâ—_n his_o eye_n from_o see_v a_o faulâ—_n nor_o divert_v he_o from_o punish_v it_o isa_n 27.11_o it_o be_v a_o people_n of_o no_o understanding_n either_o to_o do_v goâ—â—_n or_o to_o depaâ—t_v from_o evil_n therefore_o he_o that_o make_v they_o that_o be_v a_o near_a relâ—â—ion_n will_v not_o have_v mercy_n on_o they_o and_o he_o that_o form_v they_o that_o be_v the_o â—ame_n will_v show_v they_o no_o favour_n as_o if_o the_o lord_n have_v say_v justice_n shall_v be_v do_v though_o the_o work_n of_o my_o own_o hand_n be_v undo_v by_o it_o there_o be_v plenty_n of_o justice_n and_o as_o god_n know_v the_o rule_n of_o the_o law_n perfect_o and_o will_v not_o be_v turn_v aside_o from_o it_o so_o he_o know_v the_o matter_n of_o fact_n perfect_o and_o can_v be_v mislead_v about_o that_o upon_o which_o mistake_v some_o who_o have_v great_a knowledge_n of_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o law_n yet_o do_v not_o plenty_n of_o justice_n they_o often_o condemn_v the_o innocent_a and_o acquit_v the_o nocent_a because_o they_o find_v not_o out_o the_o truth_n of_o their_o cause_n but_o be_v misinform_v about_o it_o but_o the_o lord_n be_v a_o god_n of_o knowledge_n by_o he_o action_n be_v weigh_v he_o know_v not_o only_o the_o matter_n of_o law_n but_o the_o matter_n of_o fact_n too_o and_o therefore_o with_o he_o there_o be_v plenty_n of_o justice_n three_o there_o must_v needs_o be_v plenty_n of_o justice_n will_z h_z god_n because_o he_o know_v the_o spirit_n and_o hearâ—_n with_o which_o every_o man_n act_n he_o know_v whether_o a_o thing_n be_v do_v malicious_o or_o mere_o by_o a_o surprise_n of_o passion_n justice_n be_v guide_v much_o by_o that_o consideration_n in_o some_o case_n the_o lo_n d_o know_v the_o heart_n wherewith_o every_o thing_n be_v do_v and_o the_o can_v the_o do_v of_o justice_n require_v strength_n of_o hand_n as_o well_o as_o strength_n of_o law_n and_o integrity_n of_o heart_n david_n have_v a_o good_a mind_n to_o do_v justice_n upon_o joab_n though_o near_o relate_v to_o he_o â—â—en_o he_o have_v under_o a_o pretence_n of_o friendship_n slay_v abner_n but_o he_o â—aw_v himself_o under_o a_o necessity_n of_o forbearance_n at_o
