according_a to_o the_o law_n the_o honour_n and_o profit_n of_o his_o majesty_n the_o just_a prerogative_n of_o his_o crown_n the_o preservation_n of_o the_o law_n and_o just_a liberty_n of_o the_o subject_n the_o secure_n of_o this_o kingdom_n to_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o royal_a posterity_n and_o future_a safety_n to_o his_o majesty_n protestant_n subject_n in_o their_o religion_n life_n and_o fortune_n that_o they_o may_v no_o long_o nor_o hereafter_o be_v liable_a to_o such_o and_o the_o like_a evil_n and_o destruction_n on_o they_o commit_v as_o they_o have_v now_o suffer_v from_o those_o who_o sell_v upon_o they_o spill_v their_o blood_n and_o destroy_v their_o estate_n unprovoke_v and_o even_o when_o they_o live_v together_o in_o full_a peace_n 7._o and_o for_o avoid_v mistake_n that_o you_o present_v or_o propound_v nothing_o to_o his_o majesty_n but_o what_o shall_v be_v first_o well_o debate_v among_o yourselves_o and_o mature_o consider_v of_o and_o agree_v upon_o in_o write_v by_o the_o major_a part_n of_o you_o and_o subscribe_v with_o your_o hand_n 8._o that_o from_o time_n to_o time_n you_o give_v a_o account_n of_o your_o proceed_n unto_o those_o who_o be_v here_o appoint_v to_o negotiate_v this_o affair_n 9_o which_o say_v instruction_n be_v read_v the_o protestant_n petitioner_n be_v require_v to_o withdraw_v who_o after_o debate_n have_v on_o the_o instruction_n at_o the_o council_n board_n be_v call_v in_o again_o and_o exception_n be_v take_v to_o the_o 1_o 2_o 3_o 4_o &_o 6._o article_n of_o the_o instruction_n and_o they_o be_v tell_v by_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o council_n that_o they_o can_v nor_o will_v not_o recommend_v they_o as_o the_o instruction_n be_v now_o draw_v and_o while_o the_o three_o article_n of_o the_o instruction_n remain_v in_o respect_n that_o they_o know_v that_o there_o be_v many_o protestant_n in_o the_o province_n of_o ulster_n in_o ireland_n that_o be_v not_o obedient_a to_o his_o majesty_n law_n and_o the_o lord_n chancellor_n move_v that_o these_o word_n in_o the_o second_o article_n aforemention_v may_v be_v omit_v out_o of_o the_o instruction_n viz._n common_o commit_v after_o quarter_n give_v pass_v promise_n and_o oath_n for_o security_n of_o fase_n convoy_n especial_o in_o that_o glorious_a plantation_n of_o king_n james_n of_o ever_o bless_a memory_n in_o the_o province_n of_o ulster_n which_o effusion_n of_o innocent_a blood_n cry_v to_o almighty_a god_n and_o his_o sacred_a majesty_n for_o justice_n and_o the_o lord_n lieutenant_n and_o council_n further_o give_v the_o protestant_a petitioner_n the_o particular_n in_o writing_n which_o they_o will_v have_v add_v and_o omit_v in_o the_o say_a instruction_n otherwise_o they_o will_v not_o recommend_v the_o protestant_n agent_n nor_o the_o cause_n to_o his_o majesty_n by_o reason_n whereof_o the_o protestant_a petitioner_n be_v necessitate_v to_o the_o alteration_n of_o their_o justruction_n as_o hereafter_o follow_v in_o the_o second_o article_n of_o the_o first_o instruction_n quarter_n give_v be_v least_o out_o in_o the_o former_a part_n of_o the_o three_o
