which_o presentment_n the_o clerk_n of_o the_o peace_n or_o town_n clerk_n shall_v record_v without_o fee_n in_o pain_n of_o 40._o s._n lxxxi_o if_o upon_o such_o presentment_n be_v the_o first_o
