answer_v first_o in_o those_o case_n there_o be_v a_o comparison_n of_o the_o public_a good_a of_o the_o common_a wealth_n with_o the_o private_a good_a of_o the_o party_n offend_v which_o be_v to_o be_v neglect_v in_o respect_n of_o the_o other_o if_o therefore_o his_o offence_n be_v such_o as_o deserve_v death_n he_o be_v to_o be_v punish_v with_o death_n that_o the_o burden_n do_v not_o lie_v upon_o the_o land_n second_o i_o answer_v he_o do_v the_o party_n good_a by_o bring_v he_o to_o the_o sight_n of_o his_o sin_n and_o repentance_n by_o apprehend_v the_o pain_n of_o the_o punishment_n
