adjoin_v in_o another_o county_n the_o justice_n upon_o the_o view_n thereof_o may_v also_o remove_v this_o force_n by_o this_o statute_n 21._o but_o if_o both_o house_n so_o near_o adjoin_v be_v within_o one_o and_o the_o same_o county_n than_o the_o justice_n may_v remove_v upon_o the_o view_n and_o commit_v the_o offender_n to_o prison_n by_o this_o statute_n 22._o if_o the_o justice_n be_v present_a in_o the_o same_o place_n upon_o other_o business_n where_o such_o a_o forcible_a entry_n be_v to_o be_v make_v the_o justice_n when_o they_o be_v inform_v thereof_o and_o before_o any_o detainer_n can_v arrest_v they_o and_o commit_v they_o to_o prison_n by_o this_o statute_n 23._o if_o the_o justice_n come_v to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o upon_o arrest_v make_v the_o offender_n escape_v into_o another_o county_n the_o justice_n can_v arrest_v they_o nor_o commit_v they_o to_o prison_n by_o this_o statute_n although_o it_o be_v upon_o fresh_a suit_n 24._o but_o if_o the_o justice_n upon_o their_o come_n to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o before_o any_o arrest_v make_v the_o offender_n escape_v into_o another_o county_n the_o justice_n there_o upon_o fresh_a suit_n may_v arrest_v they_o but_o not_o commit_v they_o to_o prison_n but_o if_o they_o be_v in_o a_o fortelet_n or_o castle_n within_o the_o same_o county_n than_o the_o justice_n upon_o fresh_a suit_n may_v arrest_v and_o commit_v they_o to_o the_o goal_n by_o this_o statute_n 25._o if_o justice_n come_v to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o the_o offender_n before_o any_o arrest_v make_v a_o escape_n for_o that_o time_n but_o the_o morning_n after_o they_o be_v bring_v back_o again_o before_o the_o same_o justice_n to_o the_o same_o place_n by_o virtue_n of_o their_o

precept_n yet_o they_o can_v commit_v they_o by_o force_n of_o this_o statute_n 26._o the_o same_o law_n be_v if_o the_o offender_n before_o arrest_v escape_v for_o that_o time_n and_o after_o on_o servant_n come_v to_o the_o house_n of_o another_o the_o master_n commit_v a_o forcible_o entry_n his_o servant_n not_o know_v his_o intent_n before_o the_o fact_n he_o be_v a_o offender_n by_o this_o statute_n and_o none_o of_o his_o servant_n 30._o if_o a_o entry_n with_o force_n be_v make_v to_o the_o use_n of_o another_o who_o agree_v thereunto_o yet_o he_o to_o who_o use_n the_o entry_n be_v with_o force_n there_o all_o together_o be_v offender_n as_o well_o for_o the_o entry_n as_o for_o the_o detain_v 34._o if_o the_o justice_n come_v to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o before_o that_o they_o can_v arrest_v the_o offender_n they_o escape_v from_o thence_o upon_o that_o the_o justice_n may_v well_o record_v this_o detainer_n with_o force_n by_o this_o statute_n 35._o if_o a_o upon_o their_o come_n to_o remove_v the_o force_n make_v a_o record_n thereof_o and_o commit_v the_o offender_n to_o prison_n and_o although_o that_o it_o appear_v by_o the_o same_o record_n that_o it_o be_v not_o a_o force_n upon_o the_o matter_n yet_o no_o remedy_n for_o the_o party_n so_o convict_v 39_o if_o the_o justice_n make_v a_o record_n that_o they_o do_v see_v where_o indeed_o there_o be_v no_o such_o matter_n yet_o the_o party_n can_v traverse_v it_o 40._o if_o the_o justice_n come_v to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o a_o recuse_v be_v make_v to_o the_o officer_n and_o other_o maim_n or_o manslanghter_n this_o be_v no_o record_n by_o this_o statute_n i_o have_v show_v unto_o you_o in_o my_o last_o read_n what_o person_n be_v bind_v to_o go_v with_o the_o justice_n to_o remove_v a_o force_n and_o what_o not_o and_o how_o they_o shall_v be_v take_v and_o require_v to_o do_v it_o and_o the_o punishment_n upon_o refusal_n and_o whereupon_o the_o view_n of_o a_o
