time_n past_a when_o in_o judgement_n there_o be_v as_o many_o voice_n on_o the_o one_o side_n as_o on_o the_o other_o in_o any_o criminal_a cause_n the_o party_n accuse_v be_v acquit_v because_o that_o justice_n ought_v to_o regard_v clemency_n more_o than_o cruelty_n whereupon_o it_o happen_v that_o a_o father_n accuse_v his_o son_n of_o parricide_n say_v that_o he_o intend_v to_o murder_v he_o wherefore_o he_o be_v imprison_v and_o the_o information_n make_v on_o either_o side_n the_o proof_n be_v find_v so_o uncertain_a that_o the_o party_n accuse_v have_v as_o many_o voice_n in_o judgement_n on_o his_o side_n as_o the_o accuser_n whereby_o the_o accuse_a be_v acquit_v notwithstanding_o the_o father_n be_v displease_v forsake_v and_o disherit_v his_o son_n though_o he_o be_v acquit_v by_o justice_n say_v my_o request_n be_v now_o less_o than_o it_o be_v for_o i_o do_v not_o desire_v to_o be_v revenge_v of_o thou_o but_o only_o that_o i_o may_v be_v rid_v of_o he_o that_o have_v not_o find_v he_o faultless_a but_o only_o spare_v the_o punish_n of_o his_o fault_n wonderful_a be_v the_o mercy_n of_o the_o law_n of_o this_o
