singular_a conceit_n of_o quality_n and_o disposition_n which_o we_o conceive_v in_o ourselves_o and_o thereby_o grow_v proud_a and_o despise_v christ_n and_o trample_v mercy_n under_o our_o foot_n 3._o or_o in_o high_a rove_a conceit_n of_o the_o eternal_a deity_n majesty_n and_o power_n and_o secret_a will_n and_o purpose_n of_o god_n without_o christ_n whereby_o the_o heart_n be_v harden_v 4._o or_o in_o the_o notion_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o christ_n and_o faith_n without_o the_o power_n thereof_o glorious_o vaunt_v of_o deep_a mystery_n but_o in_o all_o these_o the_o thing_n be_v want_v viz._n a_o humble_a low_a believe_v and_o love_a heart_n like_a unto_o christ_n 1._o thus_o in_o all_o these_o man_n leave_v his_o own_o heart_n and_o follow_v his_o heady_a opinion_n he_o forsake_v christ_n and_o please_v himself_o with_o his_o own_o quality_n turn_n from_o the_o word_n and_o follow_v vain_a speculation_n deny_v the_o faith_n and_o life_n by_o the_o flesh_n 2._o know_v then_o that_o whatever_o will_v draw_v thou_o from_o christ_n and_o his_o truth_n be_v not_o the_o doctrine_n of_o god_n whatever_o set_v up_o man_n and_o make_v he_o any_o thing_n but_o a_o sinner_n be_v not_o the_o doctrine_n of_o christ_n but_o of_o the_o devil_n and_o antichrist_n for_o it_o destroy_v faith_n pray_v we_o then_o that_o the_o doctrine_n of_o the_o gospel_n even_o of_o faith_n and_o love_n may_v be_v continue_v pure_a in_o the_o church_n for_o maus_n wit_n and_o reason_n will_v gather_v a_o thousand_o error_n out_o of_o god_n truth_n viz._n when_o it_o will_v not_o be_v content_a to_o become_v a_o fool_n but_o will_v needs_o comprehend_v a_o spiritual_a truth_n and_o determine_v thereof_o according_a to_o its_o own_o principle_n and_o judgement_n then_o it_o bring_v a_o world_n of_o absurdity_n for_o all_o error_n have_v rise_v out_o of_o the_o wit_n of_o fleshly_a mind_a man_n for_o the_o spirit_n lead_v unto_o all_o truth_n and_o i_o fear_v there_o will_v arise_v man_n of_o perverse_a mind_n to_o pervert_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o gospel_n some_o to_o their_o carnal_a liberty_n some_o to_o the_o establish_n of_o a_o righteousness_n and_o power_n in_o man_n without_o christ_n bear_v we_o the_o infirmity_n of_o man_n but_o take_v heed_n of_o false_a doctrine_n in_o the_o church_n for_o this_o be_v the_o worst_a of_o all_o and_o i_o pray_v god_n that_o many_o alive_a do_v not_o see_v that_o the_o truth_n of_o the_o gospel_n be_v turn_v into_o the_o mystery_n of_o iniquity_n and_o a_o great_a mystery_n of_o spiritual_a wickedness_n than_o yet_o we_o have_v see_v sed_fw-la magna_fw-la veritas_fw-la &_o praevaletâ—_n great_a be_v the_o truth_n and_o prevail_v 4._o but_o the_o kindly_a effect_n of_o the_o gospel_n be_v to_o establish_v these_o two_o in_o the_o heart_n of_o man_n viz._n to_o bring_v all_o thing_n down_o in_o man_n by_o the_o cross_n of_o christ_n and_o so_o lay_v he_o low_o under_o thou_o foot_n of_o all_o for_o the_o gospel_n be_v a_o low_a thing_n faith_n be_v a_o low_a thing_n though_o mighty_a in_o christ_n and_o love_n be_v a_o low_a thing_n therefore_o all_o high_a fly_v chemical_a divinity_n be_v the_o doctrine_n of_o satan_n and_o not_o of_o christ_n and_o therefore_o if_o man_n be_v bring_v under_o the_o power_n hereof_o then_o will_v christ_n be_v precious_a to_o he_o and_o his_o word_n will_v for_o he_o believe_v that_o god_n be_v with_o he_o and_o so_o fall_v into_o odd_a opinion_n 1._o better_o we_o shall_v never_o preach_v than_o that_o the_o gospel_n shall_v be_v believe_v for_o our_o thyself_o as_o thou_o seem_v to_o desire_v 2._o whatever_o then_o man_n desire_v here_o he_o must_v have_v it_o for_o it_o be_v not_o else_o whereto_o be_v have_v whether_o peace_n forgiveness_n assurance_n comfort_n rest_v here_o it_o be_v lay_v up_o &_o give_v to_o the_o needy_a he_o have_v always_o to_o deal_v with_o such_o &_o none_o else_o 3._o happy_a than_o he_o that_o live_v by_o but_o who_o the_o father_n do_v teach_v &_o uphold_v by_o his_o power_n but_o i_o that_o know_v it_o in_o he_o true_o &_o those_o to_o who_o i_o reveal_v it_o by_o my_o word_n and_o spirit_n through_o the_o cross_n &_o way_n of_o death_n for_o it_o be_v a_o unknown_a way_n to_o the_o world_n that_o by_o death_n shall_v come_v life_n and_o by_o sorrow_n and_o suffering_n joy_n and_o freedom_n so_o that_o no_o power_n or_o possibility_n in_o man_n by_o the_o strength_n
they_o rejoice_v as_o man_n in_o harvest_n and_o that_o divide_v the_o spoil_n and_o they_o that_o sow_v in_o tear_n shall_v reap_v in_o joy_n 1._o for_o all_o joy_n but_o this_o be_v nothing_o but_o mistake_n &_o like_o a_o man_n that_o laugh_v in_o sleep_n for_o want_v of_o understanding_n in_o himself_o and_o feed_v himself_o with_o shadow_n and_o tiding_n that_o satan_n bring_v to_o he_o 2._o of_o these_o be_v 1._o first_o one_o rejoice_v to_o gain_v the_o world_n another_o to_o be_v free_v from_o it_o 2._o one_o to_o have_v his_o own_o will_n and_o another_o to_o lose_v iâ—_n 3._o one_o to_o have_v all_o thing_n and_o suffer_v nothing_o another_o to_o suffer_v all_o thing_n and_o to_o have_v nothing_o but_o christ_n 2._o we_o see_v that_o all_o joy_n that_o we_o conceive_v that_o
