treason_n the_o one_o be_v a_o act_n for_o levy_v of_o war_n now_o there_o the_o case_n be_v treason_n against_o the_o person_n of_o the_o king_n queen_n prince_z etc._n etc._n that_o one_o part_n shall_v not_o be_v a_o overt_a act_n in_o case_n of_o indictment_n shall_v not_o be_v construe_v as_o a_o overt_a act_n for_o the_o make_v good_a of_o another_o part_n because_o where_o all_o be_v aforesaid_a for_o it_o be_v not_o within_o that_o time_n and_o every_o of_o they_o but_o within_o the_o time_n general_o lay_v all_o those_o act_n be_v do_v and_o those_o must_v be_v lay_v in_o particular_a which_o be_v at_o one_o time_n and_o one_o at_o another_o which_o be_v two_o year_n a_o brew_n and_o be_v by_o the_o proof_n lay_v in_o general_a that_o be_v best_a to_o say_v one_o
