fill_v their_o body_n with_o sundry_a and_o perhaps_o incurable_a disease_n for_o the_o expelling_a of_o which_o they_o shall_v be_v fain_o careful_o to_o seek_v and_o unwilling_o to_o take_v many_o bitter_a potion_n and_o to_o endure_v many_o gripe_a pain_n yea_o they_o shall_v be_v drive_v will_v they_o will_v they_o either_o to_o be_v at_o debate_n with_o god_n and_o to_o undergo_v his_o wrath_n or_o else_o to_o fight_v with_o their_o fleshly_a concupiscence_n for_o temperance_n and_o sobriety_n which_o strife_n be_v often_o both_o dolorous_a and_o dangerous_a to_o the_o patient_a therefore_o both_o rich_a and_o poor_a wicked_a and_o godly_a be_v trouble_v and_o vex_v in_o the_o city_n of_o the_o world_n with_o this_o servitude_n of_o necessity_n but_o the_o child_n of_o god_n
