god_n by_o reason_n our_o peace_n with_o god_n be_v engender_v and_o grow_v daily_o more_o and_o more_o by_o true_a faith_n in_o christ._n now_o this_o faith_n where_o it_o be_v true_a where_o it_o be_v lively_a and_o couple_n the_o heart_n with_o god_n as_o i_o have_v already_o say_v it_o must_v break_v forth_o in_o word_n and_o deed_n it_o can_v by_o no_o mean_n be_v hold_v in_o but_o it_o will_v break_v forth_o it_o must_v break_v out_o in_o word_n in_o glorify_v the_o god_n of_o heaven_n who_o have_v forgive_v we_o our_o sin_n it_o must_v break_v forth_o in_o word_n by_o give_v a_o notable_a confession_n of_o those_o sin_n wherein_o we_o have_v offend_v he_o it_o must_v break_v out_o in_o deed_n in_o do_v good_a work_n to_o testify_v to_o the_o world_n that_o thing_n which_o be_v within_o thy_o heart_n to_o testify_v to_o the_o world_n that_o thou_o who_o have_v this_o faith_n be_v a_o new_a man_n that_o by_o thy_o good_a example_n of_o life_n and_o conversation_n thou_o may_v edify_v thy_o brethren_n the_o simple_a one_o of_o the_o church_n of_o god_n and_o that_o by_o thy_o holy_a life_n thou_o may_v draw_v sinner_n to_o repentance_n that_o they_o see_v thy_o good_a light_n may_v be_v compel_v to_o glorify_v god_n in_o thou_o then_o in_o the_o first_o point_n of_o trial_n let_v we_o look_v to_o these_o three_o to_o the_o heart_n to_o the_o mouth_n to_o the_o haâ—d_a take_v heed_n that_o there_o be_v a_o harmony_n betwixt_o these_o three_o for_o if_o the_o heart_n be_v inward_o couple_v with_o god_n there_o be_v no_o doubt_n but_o the_o mouth_n will_v and_o thy_o mouth_n say_v all_o one_o thing_n then_o without_o question_n thou_o have_v the_o work_n of_o faith_n wrought_v by_o the_o holy_a spirit_n in_o thy_o heart_n which_o make_v thou_o to_o be_v at_o peace_n with_o god_n this_o be_v the_o first_o point_n wherein_o you_o shall_v try_v yourselves_o the_o next_o point_n be_v love_n you_o must_v try_v whether_o you_o be_v in_o love_n and_o the_o only_a mark_n whereby_o the_o child_n of_o god_n &_o member_n of_o christ_n body_n be_v know_v from_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o world_n love_n be_v that_o holy_a oil_n that_o refresh_v our_o soul_n and_o make_v we_o like_a unto_o god_n and_o the_o moâ—e_n we_o grow_v in_o love_n the_o more_o god_n by_o his_o spirit_n dwell_v in_o we_o for_o god_n be_v love_n so_o that_o except_o in_o some_o measure_n love_n towards_o thy_o neighbour_n dwell_v in_o thy_o heart_n thou_o can_v have_v no_o society_n with_o thy_o neighbour_n and_o far_o less_o with_o god_n if_o the_o manner_n of_o man_n be_v examine_v by_o this_o rule_n we_o shall_v find_v a_o multitude_n of_o godless_a people_n in_o this_o country_n who_o have_v their_o heart_n rage_v with_o malice_n one_o against_o another_o and_o where_o the_o devil_n and_o the_o malicious_a spirit_n dwell_v there_o be_v no_o place_n for_o the_o holy_a spirit_n and_o although_o the_o lord_n have_v go_v about_o by_o all_o mean_v possible_a early_o and_o late_o to_o instruct_v they_o and_o to_o infuse_v into_o they_o this_o precious_a love_n and_o amity_n towards_o god_n and_o their_o neighbour_n and_o so_o to_o alter_v honest_a and_o godly_a conversation_n flow_v always_o from_o the_o root_n of_o faith_n so_o that_o if_o thy_o heart_n have_v faith_n in_o any_o measure_n be_v it_o never_o so_o little_a in_o that_o same_o measure_n thou_o must_v have_v love_n towards_o thy_o neighbour_n and_o this_o love_n be_v never_o idle_a but_o be_v utter_v itself_o in_o one_o effect_n or_o other_o and_o
you_o will_v find_v it_o the_o more_o worthy_a of_o praise_n i_o be_o sorry_a in_o my_o heart_n that_o our_o disposition_n be_v so_o evil_a that_o we_o can_v praise_v he_o as_o we_o will_v yet_o howsoever_o it_o be_v that_o we_o can_v do_v it_o as_o we_o will_v let_v we_o do_v it_o as_o we_o may_v according_a to_o that_o measure_n of_o grace_n that_o be_v grant_v to_o every_o one_o of_o us._n weary_a and_o trouble_v himself_o perpetual_o as_o he_o have_v do_v these_o many_o year_n past_a in_o offer_v pearl_n to_o filthy_a swine_n to_o cur_n and_o to_o dog_n it_o be_v not_o possible_a not_o off_o at_o all_o now_o of_o this_o i_o shall_v mark_v one_o or_o two_o thing_n observation_n take_v up_o the_o end_n wherefore_o the_o lord_n deliver_v any_o person_n city_n or_o country_n from_o any_o trouble_n within_o or_o without_o the_o chief_a end_n of_o his_o delivery_n be_v this_o that_o that_o person_n city_n or_o country_n may_v serve_v as_o a_o instrument_n to_o preach_v life_n so_o far_o as_o he_o may_v according_a to_o his_o estate_n and_o calling_n this_o life_n be_v so_o miserable_a in_o itself_o and_o there_o be_v none_o that_o see_v the_o confusion_n of_o this_o country_n to_o grow_v so_o fast_o that_o can_v look_v for_o any_o redress_n of_o these_o thing_n in_o his_o own_o time_n so_o here_o beneath_o be_v no_o comfort_n all_o run_v on_o to_o such_o a_o desolation_n and_o miserable_a confusion_n that_o of_o all_o life_n of_o the_o earth_n our_o life_n be_v most_o miserable_a if_o we_o have_v not_o a_o sight_n of_o a_o better_a for_o all_o joy_n to_o be_v look_v for_o here_o beneath_o be_v take_v away_o well_o i_o leave_v this_o second_o part_n and_o come_v to_o the_o last_o the_o three_o part_n of_o this_o song_n be_v in_o this_o 20._o verse_n which_o be_v the_o conclusion_n of_o the_o whole_a song_n in_o this_o conclusion_n the_o king_n testify_v that_o he_o will_v not_o only_a praise_n god_n for_o the_o present_a for_o the_o benefit_n
