of_o a_o man_n no_o part_n whereof_o once_o enter_v into_o their_o childish_a understanding_n when_o our_o child_n can_v so_o little_o trace_v the_o way_n of_o we_o their_o earthly_a parent_n how_o much_o less_o able_a be_v we_o any_o thing_n full_o to_o know_v the_o work_n of_o the_o strength_n wisdom_n mercy_n which_o be_v in_o our_o heavenly_a father_n some_o may_v think_v it_o strange_a that_o so_o exceed_v great_a a_o power_n shall_v work_v and_o not_o be_v discern_v when_o the_o least_o bodily_a force_n put_v to_o we_o be_v present_o perceive_v but_o it_o be_v not_o with_o this_o body_n and_o yet_o be_v not_o common_o discern_v how_o much_o less_o be_v it_o to_o be_v wonder_v at_o if_o this_o spiritual_a almighty_a power_n do_v insinuate_v itself_o in_o such_o sort_n as_o it_o be_v not_o common_o observe_v by_o we_o again_o as_o the_o bright_a light_n while_o it_o shine_v in_o a_o thick_a cloud_n seem_v rather_o darkness_n then_o light_a so_o this_o power_n while_o it_o work_v in_o midst_n of_o manifold_a weakness_n be_v not_o to_o outward_a appearance_n so_o powerful_a as_o it_o be_v in_o itself_o use_v 2_o let_v we_o labour_v more_o and_o more_o to_o know_v this_o power_n of_o our_o god_n put_v forth_o for_o us._n we_o love_v to_o know_v the_o strength_n of_o thing_n or_o earthly_a person_n to_o who_o we_o trust_v for_o till_o we_o know_v ourselves_o on_o sure_a hand_n our_o thought_n be_v not_o secure_a thus_o we_o shall_v delight_v to_o know_v this_o power_n of_o god_n to_o who_o we_o trust_v

speak_v false_o though_o the_o thing_n speak_v be_v otherwise_o true_a neither_o do_v god_n maintain_v a_o false_a judgement_n in_o man_n because_o his_o judgement_n of_o other_o thing_n free_a to_o he_o be_v with_o this_o limitation_n in_o he_o for_o aught_o he_o know_v and_o to_o do_v any_o thing_n from_o my_o will_n with_o judgement_n that_o it_o be_v possible_a for_o i_o in_o some_o sort_n if_o i_o will_v to_o do_v otherwise_o be_v enough_o to_o free_a work_n to_o place_v the_o freedom_n of_o the_o judgement_n in_o judge_v the_o mean_a we_o use_v indifferent_a such_o as_o may_v be_v use_v &_o not_o use_v &_o yet_o the_o end_n attain_v which_o i_o like_v not_o because_o christian_n can_v esteem_v and_o account_v of_o faith_n repentance_n as_o mean_n indifferent_a when_o nevertheless_o they_o believe_v and_o repeat_v free_o now_o though_o the_o will_n be_v in_o creation_n and_o be_v in_o christian_n inclinable_a to_o contrary_n yet_o i_o do_v not_o think_v liberty_n to_o stand_v in_o this_o native_a flexibility_n which_o be_v inclinable_a hither_o or_o thither_o much_o less_o in_o liberty_n of_o exercise_v power_n to_o or_o fro_o as_o be_v herein_o by_o no_o power_n predetermine_v for_o first_o the_o will_n seem_v to_o be_v say_v free_a in_o regard_n of_o something_o no_o way_n bind_v but_o the_o indifferency_n of_o the_o inclination_n in_o exercise_n necessary_o and_o wise_o have_v will_v they_o fire_n burn_v not_o necessary_o to_o god_n power_n who_o can_v at_o pleasure_n change_v it_o or_o restrain_v the_o second_o act_n of_o it_o nothing_o fall_v out_o accidental_o as_o refer_v to_o he_o who_o wise_a intention_n reach_v to_o every_o thing_n so_o for_o contigency_n also_o and_o liberty_n in_o the_o sense_n before_o name_v but_o it_o god_n can_v do_v what_o he_o will_v yet_o it_o be_v one_o thing_n to_o be_v able_a to_o do_v a_o thing_n by_o persuasion_n which_o i_o may_v refuse_v another_o thing_n to_o do_v it_o by_o power_n which_o i_o can_v refuse_v this_o latter_a by_o this_o opinion_n be_v deny_v that_o which_o take_v away_o god_n infallible_a prescience_n be_v not_o to_o be_v grant_v but_o to_o say_v the_o will_n of_o man_n be_v free_v no_o way_n determine_v do_v so_o for_o knowledge_n be_v measure_v by_o the_o thing_n to_o be_v know_v and_o therefore_o when_o the_o thing_n to_o be_v know_v be_v every_o way_n uncertain_a every_o where_o indetermine_v knowledge_n can_v be_v certain_a the_o second_o part_n of_o the_o reason_n be_v deny_v for_o they_o say_v that_o god_n by_o a_o kind_n of_o knowledge_n do_v see_v what_o a_o free_a creature_n now_o make_v will_v do_v if_o he_o be_v set_v in_o such_o &_o such_o circumstance_n i_o answer_v he_o do_v indeed_o because_o he_o do_v see_v how_o his_o power_n will_v determine_v he_o in_o such_o &_o such_o occasion_n but_o to_o make_v he_o see_v determination_n when_o neither_o himself_n have_v any_o way_n determine_v he_o when_o the_o circumstance_n do_v it_o not_o when_o nothing_o in_o the_o free_a creature_n do_v determine_v he_o be_v to_o make_v he_o see_v that_o which_o neither_o be_v in_o the_o creature_n nor_o in_o himself_o to_o be_v see_v but_o let_v we_o ask_v this_o question_n how_o do_v god_n see_v his_o creature_n will_v work_v thus_o or_o thus_o set_v in_o such_o and_o such_o circumstance_n because_o it_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o it_o to_o do_v so_o whence_o do_v be_v see_v it_o be_v the_o nature_n of_o it_o so_o to_o be_v carry_v here_o nothing_o can_v be_v answer_v but_o because_o his_o wisdom_n and_o power_n the_o one_o
