come_n to_o reign_v on_o earth_n other_o think_v of_o which_o opinion_n i_o be_o that_o these_o three_o year_n and_o a_o half_a in_o which_o will_v be_v the_o little_a horn_n the_o late_a apostasy_n and_o beast_n shall_v be_v a_o long_a time_n before_o the_o judgement_n of_o the_o great_a day_n yea_o and_o many_o year_n before_o christ_n personal_a appear_v but_o howsoever_o in_o application_n they_o differ_v yet_o in_o these_o two_o great_a point_n they_o agree_v 1._o that_o these_o three_o year_n and_o a_o half_a do_v period_n the_o forty_o and_o two_o month_n and_o one_o thousand_o two_o hundred_o and_o sixty_o day_n and_o that_o there_o shall_v be_v in_o this_o time_n a_o little_a horn_n a_o great_a apostasy_n and_o a_o beast_n ascend_v out_o of_o the_o bottomless_a pit_n 2._o immediate_o after_o these_o three_o year_n and_o half_a there_o will_v be_v a_o visible_a and_o universal_a change_n of_o thing_n through_o the_o whole_a world_n for_o the_o little_a horn_n shall_v it_o to_o be_v think_v strange_a that_o this_o have_v be_v the_o opinion_n of_o some_o man_n in_o all_o age_n since_o the_o primitive_a time_n even_o hitherto_o for_o if_o the_o prophecy_n be_v read_v with_o heed_n and_o observation_n so_o much_o in_o my_o understanding_n lie_v open_a and_o very_a clear_a in_o they_o but_o of_o this_o more_o hereafter_o consid._n vii_o now_o for_o the_o character_n of_o the_o little_a horn_n the_o late_a apostasy_n and_o beast_n this_o must_v be_v heed_v look_v as_o the_o scripture_n set_v they_o down_o so_o they_o must_v have_v all_o their_o full_a and_o due_a accomplishment_n yea_o more_o these_o character_n at_o least_o most_o of_o they_o can_v be_v apply_v to_o any_o person_n or_o thing_n without_o force_n to_o the_o text_n but_o only_a to_o that_o little_a horn_n that_o apostasy_n and_o that_o beast_n which_o be_v to_o be_v in_o the_o three_o year_n and_o a_o half_a hence_o i_o may_v say_v though_o with_o much_o tenderness_n some_o have_v very_o much_o wrest_v the_o prophecy_n in_o apply_v the_o little_a horn_n to_o this_o man_n and_o that_o man_n the_o apostasy_n to_o be_v mean_v of_o such_o person_n and_o the_o beast_n to_o be_v understand_v so_o and_o so_o the_o which_o application_n in_o many_o particular_n have_v no_o way_n parallel_v but_o there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o do_v so_o for_o when_o the_o three_o year_n and_o half_o come_v there_o shall_v appear_v such_o a_o little_a horn_n apostasy_n and_o beast_n as_o all_o the_o scripture-character_n shall_v fall_v in_o altogether_o and_o every_o way_n with_o they_o consid._n viii_o though_o we_o may_v find_v out_o a_o littile_a horn_n characterise_v according_o to_o daniel_n but_o no_o apostasy_n or_o suppose_v a_o apostasy_n and_o a_o little_a horn_n but_o no_o beast_n slay_v the_o witness_n this_o can_v not_o be_v the_o three_o year_n and_o a_o half_a for_o i_o conceive_v all_o three_o must_v be_v at_o one_o time_n begin_v and_o end_v together_o not_o mind_v this_o some_o have_v be_v mistake_v in_o take_v the_o little_a horn_n single_a and_o apart_o from_o the_o apostasy_n and_o beast_n and_o will_v have_v he_o to_o be_v many_o hundred_o year_n other_o of_o the_o jew_n to_o who_o jesus_n christ_n the_o man_n clothe_v in_o linen_n which_o be_v upon_o the_o water_n of_o the_o river_n be_v ask_v of_o both_o for_o the_o word_n one_o be_v not_o
