appear_v even_o so_o be_v the_o lord_n jesus_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o his_o church_n so_o this_o son_n of_o man_n here_o appear_v unto_o our_o apostle_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o the_o seven_o golden_a candlestick_n a_o representation_n of_o the_o presence_n of_o christ_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o those_o seven_o church_n as_o the_o last_o verse_n of_o this_o chhapter_n expound_v it_o and_o so_o he_o be_v in_o all_o other_o his_o church_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o they_o be_v present_v not_o only_o with_o his_o minister_n to_o who_o he_o have_v promise_v his_o presence_n after_o a_o special_a jesus_n while_o his_o body_n be_v in_o heaven_n yet_o by_o his_o grace_n and_o spirit_n he_o be_v present_a with_o his_o church_n upon_o earth_n and_o that_o efficacious_o present_a not_o only_o eye_v and_o observe_v but_o act_v earth_n exercise_v many_o operation_n in_o for_o and_o upon_o his_o church_n resemble_v those_o office_n which_o the_o sun_n perform_v unto_o the_o earth_n of_o these_o instance_n in_o three_o or_o four_o of_o the_o principal_n 1._o enlighten_v it_o this_o do_v the_o sun_n be_v the_o fountain_n of_o light_n it_o inlightn_v both_o earth_n and_o heaven_n as_o the_o shine_v in_o darkness_n say_v saint_n john_n in_o the_o five_o verse_n of_o that_o chap_n thus_o do_v jesus_n christ_n enlighten_v the_o mind_n of_o man_n with_o supernatural_a knowledge_n which_o of_o themselves_o be_v full_a of_o darkness_n of_o ignorance_n and_o so_o that_o nine_o verse_n there_o may_v be_v read_v and_o construe_v that_o be_v the_o true_a light_n which_o come_v into_o the_o gospel_n and_o there_o behold_v by_o they_o by_o faith_n they_o come_v thereby_o to_o be_v change_v into_o the_o same_o image_n from_o glory_n to_o glory_n as_o the_o same_o apostle_n have_v it_o 2_o
