himself_o to_o we_o so_o far_o forth_o as_o he_o know_v to_o be_v fit_a for_o his_o own_o glory_n and_o our_o salvation_n and_o so_o much_o the_o rather_o that_o he_o have_v send_v his_o own_o son_n for_o this_o effect_n god_n have_v no_o man_n see_v at_o any_o time_n joh._n 1._o 18._o but_o the_o only_o beget_v son_n that_o be_v in_o the_o bosom_n of_o the_o father_n he_o have_v reveal_v he_o unto_o we_o we_o shall_v be_v content_a with_o this_o and_o shall_v labour_v to_o make_v a_o right_a use_n of_o this_o knowledge_n purge_v our_o heart_n daily_a that_o we_o may_v be_v prepare_v for_o heart_n of_o man_n to_o understand_v so_o there_o be_v in_o he_o that_o which_o be_v able_a full_o to_o satisfy_v all_o our_o desire_n why_o suffer_v thou_o then_o thy_o heart_n to_o go_v awhoring_a fellow_n his_o name_n be_v as_o ointment_n pour_v forth_o the_o good_a ointment_n of_o his_o divine_a perfection_n and_o heavenly_a virtue_n send_v forth_o so_o sweet_a a_o savour_n as_o make_v the_o spouse_n in_o the_o gant_n to_o say_v draw_v we_o and_o we_o will_v run_v after_o thou_o this_o the_o soul_n perceive_v by_o a_o spiritual_a kind_n of_o smell_n and_o the_o feel_n of_o it_o raise_v up_o most_o ardent_a desire_n and_o stir_v up_o to_o most_o earnest_a endeavour_n of_o the_o thing_n that_o be_v heavenly_a like_o wise_a the_o soul_n have_v a_o spiritual_a taste_n there_o be_v a_o unspeakable_a sweetnet_n in_o god_n in_o his_o divine_a mystery_n and_o obedience_n which_o may_v be_v taste_v by_o the_o soul_n of_o a_o spiritual_a man_n o_o taste_n and_o see_v how_o sweet_a the_o lord_n be_v say_v david_n as_o if_o he_o will_v say_v if_o you_o taste_v you_o will_v know_v the_o sweetness_n of_o his_o goodness_n mercy_n liberality_n and_o power_n so_o we_o may_v say_v of_o every_o divine_a mystery_n taste_v and_o see_v how_o sweet_a it_o be_v and_o of_o every_o virtue_n taste_v &_o see_v how_o sweet_a be_v obedience_n patience_n humility_n chastiry_n charity_n etc._n etc._n last_o there_o be_v also_o a_o spiritual_a touch_n hence_o the_o devote_n soul_n cant._n 2._o 6._o say_v his_o left_a hand_n be_v under_o my_o head_n and_o his_o right_a hand_n do_v embrace_v i_o and_o again_o i_o have_v find_v he_o who_o my_o soul_n love_v i_o hold_v he_o and_o will_v not_o let_v he_o go_v but_o why_o do_v i_o insist_v so_o much_o upon_o this_o we_o first_o to_o show_v the_o admirable_a goodness_n of_o god_n who_o vouchsafe_v so_o many_o way_n to_o communicate_v himself_o to_o we_o and_o make_v we_o so_o many_o way_n able_a to_o receive_v he_o all_o this_o proceed_v mere_o from_o his_o infinite_a goodness_n there_o shall_v be_v no_o loss_n to_o he_o although_o we_o shall_v never_o ser_n his_o beauty_n heart_n his_o voice_n smell_v the_o sweet_a savour_n of_o his_o precious_a ointment_n taste_v his_o sweetness_n or_o embrace_v he_o in_o the_o arm_n of_o our_o love_n this_o shall_v nothing_o impair_v his_o felicity_n which_o from_o eternity_n he_o perfect_o enjoy_v and_o may_v unto_o all_o eternity_n enjoy_v without_o our_o enjoy_v of_o he_o but_o all_o this_o proceed_v from_o his_o admirable_a goodness_n which_o delight_v to_o commucat_n itself_o to_o his_o unworthy_a creature_n second_o mystery_n i_o have_v insist_v upon_o this_o at_o this_o time_n to_o move_v you_o to_o stir_v up_o all_o the_o power_n and_o faculty_n of_o your_o foul_n to_o receive_v he_o who_o offer_v himself_o at_o this_o time_n most_o abundant_o to_o be_v participate_v by_o we_o first_o christ_n offer_v himself_o to_o be_v see_v by_o we_o in_o these_o sacred_a mystery_n both_o as_o god_n and_o man_n here_o we_o may_v see_v he_o by_o the_o eye_n of_o faith_n as_o god_n not_o simple_o as_o god_n but_o as_o god_n make_v man_n and_o as_o make_v a_o man_n of_o sorrow_n for_o we_o and_o as_o make_v the_o bread_n of_o life_n unto_o we_o what_o a_o wonderful_a sight_n be_v this_o how_o can_v the_o angel_n of_o heaven_n but_o admire_v to_o see_v the_o only_o beget_v son_n of_o god_n who_o be_v in_o the_o bosom_n of_o the_o father_n the_o brightness_n of_o his_o glory_n and_o the_o express_a image_n of_o his_o person_n eternal_a and_o
