his_o death_n and_o obedience_n to_o pardon_v and_o forgive_v i_o all_o my_o sin_n whatsoever_o which_o at_o any_o time_n by_o thought_n word_n or_o deed_n i_o have_v through_o negligence_n ignorance_n or_o knowledge_n commit_v against_o thy_o divine_a majesty_n or_o any_o other_o and_o because_o both_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o curse_a corruption_n of_o my_o own_o nature_n and_o the_o infinite_a multitude_n of_o my_o sin_n also_o i_o be_o slow_a &_o dull_a of_o heart_n to_o believe_v seal_v up_o in_o my_o soul_n i_o pray_v thou_o o_o lord_n this_o great_a benefit_n of_o the_o free_a pardon_n &_o full_a forgiveness_n of_o all_o my_o sin_n by_o the_o assure_a testimony_n of_o thy_o bless_a spirit_n bear_v record_n unto_o my_o spirit_n that_o i_o be_o thy_o child_n and_o by_o unfeigned_a parddon_v and_o forgive_n of_o other_o which_o any_o manner_n of_o way_n have_v offend_v against_o i_o yea_o make_v the_o death_n and_o resurrection_n of_o thy_o son_n so_o powerful_a &_o effectual_a in_o i_o that_o i_o may_v not_o only_o feel_v and_o find_v in_o the_o same_o the_o forgiveness_n of_o all_o my_o sin_n both_o general_a and_o particular_a and_o the_o hope_n of_o eternal_a salvation_n but_o also_o that_o i_o may_v be_v instruct_v thereby_o all_o the_o day_n of_o my_o life_n more_o and_o more_o to_o die_v unto_o sin_n and_o daily_o more_o &_o more_o to_o live_v unto_o righteousness_n of_o life_n and_o holy_a conversation_n and_o forasmuch_o as_o through_o thy_o goodness_n i_o have_v purpose_v this_o day_n to_o communicate_v in_o the_o use_n of_o thy_o bless_a word_n and_o sacrament_n i_o beseech_v thou_o good_a father_n to_o pierce_v my_o ear_n to_o prepare_v my_o heart_n yea_o and_o so_o to_o direct_v all_o the_o part_n and_o power_n of_o my_o body_n and_o soul_n that_o i_o may_v not_o only_o reverentlie_o and_o profitable_o hearken_v to_o thy_o voice_n speak_v unto_o i_o out_o of_o thy_o word_n labour_v all_o the_o day_n of_o my_o life_n to_o conform_v myself_o to_o the_o knowledge_n faith_n and_o obedience_n of_o the_o same_o but_o also_o that_o i_o may_v assure_o be_v make_v partaker_n of_o the_o fruit_n and_o effect_n of_o the_o death_n and_o passion_n of_o thy_o dear_a son_n which_o it_o please_v thou_o in_o that_o holy_a sacrament_n to_o offer_v unto_o i_o to_o this_o end_n and_o purpose_n i_o beseech_v thou_o to_o grant_v that_o i_o be_v not_o carry_v away_o in_o the_o contemplation_n and_o consideration_n of_o the_o earthly_a and_o corruptible_a thing_n object_v therein_o to_o my_o sense_n but_o that_o my_o faith_n may_v be_v set_v up_o &_o raise_v to_o the_o spiritual_a behold_v assure_a feeling_n and_o full_a fruition_n of_o these_o grace_n which_o it_o please_v thou_o by_o the_o same_o to_o offer_v unto_o i_o give_v i_o grace_n good_a lord_n to_o bring_v with_o i_o a_o steadfast_a faith_n in_o the_o truth_n of_o thy_o promise_n that_o by_o it_o as_o by_o a_o eye_n i_o may_v look_v upon_o and_o by_o the_o same_o as_o by_o a_o hand_n i_o may_v apprehend_v jesus_n christ_n thy_o son_n sit_v at_o thy_o right_a hand_n to_o be_v my_o only_a and_o continual_a justifier_n sanctifier_n and_o redeemer_n grant_v i_o grace_v also_o to_o bring_v with_o i_o as_o a_o earnest_a hatred_n of_o all_o my_o former_a evil_n whatsoever_o so_o a_o sincere_a love_n of_o all_o righteousness_n and_o well_o do_v that_o i_o by_o the_o power_n of_o thy_o spirit_n crucifieng_v the_o old_a man_n with_o the_o lust_n and_o concupiscence_n thereof_o special_o such_o as_o bear_v the_o great_a sway_n in_o i_o may_v be_v strengthen_v in_o the_o new_a man_n daily_o to_o think_v speak_v and_o do_v those_o thing_n which_o may_v be_v acceptable_a and_o well_o please_v in_o thy_o godly_a presence_n and_o i_o beseech_v thou_o further_o to_o give_v i_o grace_n to_o bring_v with_o i_o sound_n &_o sincere_a love_n towards_o all_o man_n yea_o even_o towards_o my_o enemy_n that_o i_o may_v not_o only_o forget_v and_o forgive_v all_o the_o injury_n &_o wrong_n that_o they_o have_v devise_v say_v or_o do_v against_o i_o but_o also_o pray_v earnest_o unto_o thy_o majesty_n for_o they_o and_o purchase_v and_o procure_v
