we_o be_v present_a in_o the_o body_n we_o be_v absent_a from_o the_o lord_n say_v the_o apostle_n and_o because_o they_o be_v assure_v of_o that_o happy_a exchange_n that_o be_v unite_v and_o free_v of_o this_o body_n they_o shall_v be_v present_a with_o the_o lord_n and_o that_o have_v his_o own_o word_n for_o it_o that_o where_o he_o be_v they_o shall_v be_v also_o this_o beget_v such_o a_o as_o we_o foolish_o misplace_v it_o it_o prove_v often_o full_a of_o bitterness_n but_o be_v set_v upon_o jesus_n christ_n the_o only_a right_n and_o worthy_a object_n it_o cause_v this_o and_o those_o that_o seem_v most_o plausible_a yet_o be_v below_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o soul_n and_o can_v fill_v it_o but_o the_o joy_n that_o arise_v from_o union_n with_o christ_n as_o they_o be_v most_o avowable_a a_o man_n need_v not_o blush_v to_o own_v they_o so_o they_o be_v true_o content_v and_o satisfy_v and_o that_o be_v their_o glory_n and_o the_o cause_n why_o we_o may_v glory_v in_o they_o my_o soul_n shall_v make_v she_o boast_v in_o god_n say_v david_n for_o application_n of_o all_o this_o if_o these_o thing_n be_v believe_v we_o will_v hearken_v no_o more_o to_o the_o foolish_a prejudice_n that_o the_o world_n have_v take_v up_o against_o religion_n and_o wherewith_o satan_n endeavour_v to_o possess_v man_n heart_n that_o they_o may_v be_v scare_v from_o far_o the_o sweet_a for_o thing_n lawful_a in_o themselves_o be_v in_o their_o excess_n sinful_a and_o so_o prove_v bitterness_n in_o the_o end_n and_o if_o in_o some_o case_n it_o require_v the_o forsake_v of_o lawful_a enjoyment_n as_o of_o pleasure_n or_o profit_n or_o honour_n for_o god_n and_o for_o his_o glory_n this_o be_v generous_a and_o true_o more_o delightful_a to_o deny_v they_o for_o this_o reason_n then_o to_o enjoy_v they_o man_n have_v do_v much_o this_o way_n for_o the_o love_n of_o their_o country_n and_o by_o a_o principle_n of_o moral_a virtue_n but_o to_o lose_v any_o delight_n or_o to_o suffer_v any_o hardship_n for_o that_o high_a end_n the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o by_o the_o strength_n of_o love_n to_o he_o be_v far_o more_o excellent_a and_o true_o stream_n of_o a_o live_a fountain_n there_o be_v a_o delight_n in_o the_o very_o despise_v impure_a delight_n aug._n as_o he_o say_v how_o pleasant_a be_v it_o to_o want_v these_o pleasure_n but_o innocency_n and_o patience_n in_o suffering_n and_o express_v their_o engagement_n to_o study_v and_o follow_v that_o example_n yet_o he_o can_v leave_v it_o so_o but_o have_v say_v that_o all_o those_o his_o suffering_n wherein_o he_o be_v so_o exemplary_a be_v for_o we_o as_o a_o chief_a consideration_n for_o which_o we_o shall_v study_v to_o be_v like_o he_o he_o return_v to_o that_o again_o and_o enlarge_v himself_o in_o it_o in_o word_n partly_o the_o same_o partly_o very_a near_o those_o of_o that_o evangelist_n among_o the_o prophet_n isaiah_n chap._n 53._o and_o it_o suit_v
