as_o thou_o can_v find_v to_o cast_v upon_o we_o his_o servant_n so_o i_o leave_v thou_o it_o this_o particular_a to_o the_o lord_n to_o judge_v thou_o who_o will_v reward_v every_o one_o according_a the_o live_a god_n and_o whereas_o s._n b._n will_v make_v his_o interpretation_n seem_v good_a by_o the_o follow_a word_n if_o we_o say_v we_o have_v no_o sin_n we_o be_v liar_n by_o this_o he_o will_v make_v people_n believe_v that_o notwithstanding_o all_o the_o cleanse_v there_o speak_v of_o yet_o sin_n remain_v and_o they_o be_v liar_n that_o deny_v it_o to_o which_o i_o give_v answer_n i_o do_v not_o so_o understand_v the_o word_n but_o rather_o if_o any_o shall_v deny_v that_o they_o have_v any_o sin_n and_o so_o consequent_o that_o they_o have_v no_o need_n of_o cleanse_v they_o be_v liar_n and_o i_o have_v just_a reason_n so_o to_o judge_n after_o the_o apostle_n have_v far_o enlarge_v his_o testimony_n concern_v cleanse_v in_o the_o last_o verse_n he_o speak_v thus_o if_o we_o say_v we_o have_v not_o sin_v speak_v of_o the_o time_n past_a and_o not_o of_o any_o present_a be_v of_o sin_n for_o indeed_o if_o there_o be_v no_o sin_n there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o a_o saviour_n no_o need_n of_o a_o sacrifice_n but_o this_o we_o do_v believe_v by_o nature_n all_o be_v sinner_n defile_v with_o sin_n and_o child_n of_o wrath_n have_v the_o heart_n and_o soul_n these_o three_o agree_v in_o one_o so_o that_o this_o i_o believe_v that_o the_o spirit_n water_n and_o blood_n do_v agree_v in_o one_o in_o their_o operation_n in_o wash_v and_o cleanse_v the_o soul_n from_o sin_n and_o there_o be_v three_o that_o bear_v record_n in_o heaven_n the_o father_n the_o word_n and_o the_o holy_a ghost_n the_o next_o scripture_n allege_v he_o say_v be_v heb._n and_o over_o though_o now_o after_o better_a consideration_n he_o have_v bring_v forth_o a_o smooth_a answer_n in_o his_o book_n and_o whereas_o in_o page_n 49._o he_o say_v that_o the_o lead_a quaker_n have_v bring_v forth_o in_o print_n that_o this_o prepare_a body_n be_v prepare_v in_o heaven_n and_o bring_v with_o he_o into_o the_o virgin_n womb_n which_o body_n he_o say_v that_o they_o the_o lead_a quaker_n call_v a_o mystical_a invisible_a spiritual_a heavenly_a body_n of_o flesh_n and_o blood_n and_o that_o the_o mystical_a invisible_a body_n be_v the_o true_a and_o only_a saviour_n who_o birth_n death_n resurrection_n and_o glorification_n be_v only_o mystical_a and_o invisible_a reply_n i_o be_o persuade_v if_o this_o priest_n have_v know_v any_o quaker_n that_o agreeable_a thereto_o before_o and_o so_o leave_v s._n b._n to_o prove_v it_o by_o the_o scripture_n which_o lie_v upon_o he_o as_o a_o necessity_n in_o as_o much_o as_o he_o have_v lay_v it_o down_o as_o a_o necessary_a point_n of_o faith_n one_o thing_n more_o of_o which_o he_o charge_v the_o faithful_a servant_n of_o the_o lord_n g._n f._n be_v that_o he_o have_v abuse_v the_o scripture_n 2_o cor._n 5.11_o for_o we_o which_o live_v be_v always_o deliver_v unto_o death_n for_o jesus_n sake_n that_o the_o life_n also_o of_o jesus_n may_v be_v make_v manifest_a in_o our_o mortal_a body_n 2.20_o and_o yet_o in_o contradiction_n priest_n bond_n say_v in_o pag._n 72._o that_o the_o body_n shall_v be_v raise_v spiritual_a as_o christ_n body_n of_o flesh_n and_o bone_n after_o the_o resurrection_n be_v spiritual_a our_o body_n shall_v not_o be_v raise_v natural_a corruptible_a body_n but_o spiritual_a incorruptible_a body_n though_o the_o body_n of_o man_n be_v not_o natural_a what_o thou_o have_v to_o charge_n isaac_n pennington_n withal_o i_o believe_v he_o be_v a_o spiritual_a man_n and_o be_v better_o acquaint_v with_o heavenly_a thing_n than_o samson_n bond_n and_o so_o can_v speak_v as_o he_o have_v know_v feel_v and_o receive_v they_o in_o spirit_n which_o be_v a_o mystery_n to_o every_o natural_a man_n for_o the_o wisdom_n of_o this_o world_n with_o all_o the_o acquire_v part_n that_o it_o can_v furnish_v the_o natural_a man_n withal_o can_v know_v or_o receive_v the_o thing_n of_o god_n because_o they_o be_v only_o know_v and_o receive_v in_o the_o spirit_n but_o it_o have_v be_v a_o great_a point_n of_o wisdom_n in_o this_o priest_n to_o have_v be_v still_o and_o quiet_a and_o not_o to_o speak_v evil_a of_o the_o thing_n he_o know_v not_o neither_o understand_v but_o he_o that_o thus_o will_v rail_v against_o the_o light_n of_o christ_n which_o the_o saint_n believe_v in_o will_v not_o spare_v his_o disciple_n thus_o have_v i_o search_v over_o the_o first_o part_n of_o his_o book_n which_o concern_v his_o first_o charge_n wherein_o i_o have_v note_v some_o of_o the_o abuse_n slander_n blasphemy_n confusion_n and_o soft_a contradiction_n of_o s._n b._n and_o according_a to_o the_o measure_n of_o light_n i_o have_v receive_v brief_o answer_v the_o same_o i_o shall_v now_o pass_v on_o to_o the_o second_o charge_n viz._n that_o the_o main_a end_n of_o the_o quaker_n meet_v in_o these_o island_n be_v to_o make_v the_o lord_n christ_n his_o holy_a spirit_n his_o angel_n and_o apostle_n all_o liar_n and_o false_a witness_n of_o god_n and_o to_o make_v good_a this_o his_o ungodly_a false_a charge_n against_o we_o he_o lay_v down_o this_o for_o his_o foundation_n viz._n that_o we_o be_v g._n fs._n disciple_n and_o therefore_o that_o this_o be_v our_o principal_n that_o the_o light_n be_v in_o we_o which_o he_o call_v pretend_v light_n be_v our_o true_a christ_n teacher_n rule_n and_o guide_n to_o be_v hear_v believe_v in_o walk_v unto_o and_o obey_v as_o the_o only_a saviour_n to_o give_v remission_n of_o sin_n and_o salvation_n with_o god_n to_o which_o he_o say_v we_o consent_v from_o whence_o he_o draw_v down_o this_o conclusion_n viz._n that_o we_o do_v thereby_o grant_v that_o the_o end_n of_o our_o meeting_n be_v to_o teach_v a_o denial_n of_o jesus_n christ_n of_o nazareth_n the_o man_n approve_v of_o god_n to_o be_v our_o true_a and_o only_a saviour_n which_o teach_v say_v he_o be_v to_o make_v the_o lord_n christ_n his_o holy_a spirit_n his_o angel_n and_o apostle_n all_o liar_n and_o false_a witness_n of_o god_n reply_v the_o ground_n of_o this_o his_o charge_n be_v of_o the_o same_o nature_n with_o the_o former_a because_o we_o confess_v to_o the_o spirit_n within_o which_o be_v light_n and_o therefore_o he_o conclude_v that_o it_o must_v needs_o follow_v that_o we_o do_v deny_v the_o true_a christ_n which_o he_o conclude_v to_o be_v the_o man_n jesus_n without_o without_o have_v any_o respect_n to_o any_o thing_n that_o dwell_v within_o or_o at_o least_o without_o any_o respect_n to_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n who_o office_n it_o be_v to_o cleanse_v the_o soul_n from_o sin_n and_o so_o consequent_o do_v save_v and_o redeem_v from_o under_o the_o power_n of_o death_n reply_n this_o his_o charge_n be_v absolute_o false_a for_o our_o heart_n viz._n the_o heart_n of_o the_o faithful_a among_o we_o be_v true_o set_v to_o serve_v the_o lord_n and_o our_o main_a end_n be_v true_o to_o worship_v he_o in_o spirit_n and_o in_o truth_n and_o if_o in_o the_o endeavour_n of_o our_o heart_n to_o bring_v this_o our_o end_n to_o pass_v and_o for_o want_v of_o a_o true_a understanding_n in_o the_o scripture_n we_o have_v miss_v of_o the_o thing_n must_v it_o needs_o be_v charge_v on_o we_o that_o it_o be_v our_o main_a end_n so_o to_o do_v i_o believe_v few_o that_o have_v any_o tenderness_n in_o they_o will_v believe_v thou_o but_o on_o the_o other_o
