least_o seek_v after_o every_o one_o despise_v the_o most_o worthy_a performance_n when_o they_o see_v a_o man_n aim_v thereby_o at_o so_o low_a a_o mark_n as_o humane_a praise_n and_o glory_n second_o we_o must_v not_o affect_v but_o renounce_v and_o refuse_v those_o praise_n which_o be_v beyond_o or_o above_o our_o desert_n desert_n ii_o we_o must_v not_o affect_v but_o renounce_v those_o praise_n which_o be_v above_o our_o desert_n we_o may_v moderate_o desire_v to_o be_v well_o esteem_v but_o it_o must_v be_v in_o proportion_n to_o our_o virtue_n for_o as_o it_o be_v unjust_a to_o
