church_n either_o present_o or_o in_o their_o due_a time_n to_o succour_v and_o provide_v for_o all_o thy_o child_n commit_v to_o they_o as_o the_o faithful_a nurse_n for_o her_o tender_a babe_n and_o among_o they_o for_o all_o already_o those_o of_o they_o yet_o in_o a_o more_o special_a manner_n who_o thou_o have_v already_o vouchsafe_v this_o high_a favour_n to_o be_v such_o unto_o they_o and_o to_o who_o thou_o have_v make_v know_v thy_o heavenly_a will_n in_o this_o behalf_n what_o thou_o look_v for_o at_o their_o hand_n and_o bond_n who_o thou_o have_v bind_v unto_o thou_o by_o so_o many_o bond_n of_o thy_o heavenly_a and_o earthly_a favour_n charge_n oh_o grant_n that_o at_o our_o instant_a cry_n their_o heart_n may_v be_v incline_v according_o towards_o all_o thy_o child_n lively_a evidence_n hereof_o will_v upon_o our_o deathbed_n if_o our_o conscience_n shall_v thorough_o be_v awake_v and_o so_o ever_o after_o be_v more_o worth_a unto_o we_o than_o ten_o thousand_o
