the_o contederates_n 1566._o when_o as_o in_o the_o end_n they_o be_v content_v to_o have_v leave_v up_o their_o church_n again_o and_o to_o have_v continue_a their_o preach_n in_o their_o accustom_a place_n without_o the_o town_n accord_v to_o the_o composition_n the_o magistrate_n think_v it_o 1566._o more_o expedient_a for_o many_o consideration_n to_o grant_v and_o assign_v they_o place_n within_o the_o town_n by_o mean_n whereof_o when_o the_o party_n be_v once_o agree_v i_o can_v do_v no_o less_o by_o virtue_n of_o my_o commission_n but_o follow_v the_o composition_n for_o in_o asmuch_o as_o i_o be_v send_v to_o keep_v the_o town_n in_o quiet_a and_o in_o loyalty_n to_o the_o king_n it_o be_v our_o duty_n to_o frame_v ourselves_o to_o that_o which_o we_o see_v they_o have_v they_o advertise_v as_o well_o the_o king_n as_o the_o regent_n 1566._o beside_o that_o it_o be_v not_o possible_a to_o keep_v the_o peace_n without_o suffer_v of_o the_o say_a preach_n and_o the_o exercise_n of_o the_o religion_n out_o of_o hand_n the_o necessity_n of_o which_o exercise_n offer_v itself_o wellnear_o hourly_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o multitude_n that_o follow_v the_o sermon_n which_o be_v say_v to_o be_v suffer_v every_o where_o in_o somuch_o that_o they_o be_v use_v open_o in_o church_n which_o be_v the_o cause_n that_o the_o magistrate_n think_v it_o good_a &_o needful_a to_o suffer_v not_o only_o the_o exercise_n but_o also_o the_o erection_n of_o church_n and_o that_o so_o much_o the_o rather_o byeause_n winter_n be_v at_o hand_n by_o reason_n whereof_o otherwise_o a_o other_o second_o invasion_n be_v to_o be_v fear_v wherein_o the_o other_o church_n be_v like_a to_o have_v be_v take_v and_o therefore_o the_o magistrate_n be_v not_o only_o willing_a but_o also_o desirous_a to_o further_o the_o say_a church_n whereunto_o because_o we_o see_v that_o all_o other_o have_v no_o less_o good_a will_n than_o he_o we_o think_v it_o stand_v not_o in_o any_o wise_a with_o our_o duty_n to_o hinder_v
