sickness_n of_o long_a continuance_n yet_o from_o the_o begin_n thereof_o till_o the_o perfect_a heal_n of_o the_o same_o the_o lord_n ever_o assist_v he_o by_o his_o power_n prepare_v he_o by_o countryman_n make_v this_o particular_a use_n and_o application_n hereout_o to_o the_o benefit_n of_o our_o own_o soul_n even_o thorough_o to_o examine_v and_o search_v pestilence_n search_v the_o particular_n of_o your_o late_a visitation_n both_o by_o dearth_n and_o the_o pestilence_n with_o what_o sickness_n sore_o trouble_n or_o danger_n we_o have_v be_v afflict_v in_o what_o manner_n measure_n and_o how_o long_a and_o after_o this_o that_o if_o extreme_a be_v our_o affliction_n great_a our_o danger_n and_o our_o case_n utter_o remediless_a without_o the_o sole_a salvation_n and_o deliverance_n of_o he_o who_o be_v unto_o his_o own_o church_n all_o in_o all_o sure_o then_o to_o determine_v for_o a_o most_o certain_a truth_n that_o hereafter_o unless_o our_o lord_n &_o master_n find_v we_o more_o careful_a scholar_n in_o learning_n of_o his_o will_n and_o more_o obedient_a son_n in_o do_v his_o commandment_n as_o sure_a as_o we_o breathe_v so_o to_o look_v that_o ere_o it_o
