mercy_n be_v most_o sweet_a consider_v in_o creation_n redemption_n conservation_n every_o one_o of_o these_o can_v choose_v but_o be_v very_o great_a be_v from_o so_o great_a a_o god_n to_o we_o who_o deserve_v the_o contrary_a especial_o in_o such_o necessary_a thing_n as_o he_o give_v we_o for_o our_o be_v and_o well_o be_v acknowledge_v be_v our_o profession_n that_o this_o excellency_n be_v in_o god_n now_o this_o our_o profession_n must_v be_v 1_o open_a so_o as_o it_o may_v be_v know_v 2_o frank_a &_o cheerful_a not_o constrain_v 3_o with_o harmony_n of_o mouth_n hart_n and_o life_n who_o will_v not_o perform_v this_o duty_n 1_o please_v god_n 2_o due_a from_o himself_o thus_o much_o for_o the_o action_n now_o follow_v the_o object_n thou_o o_o jehova_n who_o indeed_o we_o be_v alone_o to_o praise_v as_o be_v only_o worthy_a 1_o god_n be_v to_o be_v praise_v be_v to_o be_v consider_v with_o mean_n of_o any_o thing_n or_o without_o mean_n many_o will_v praise_v god_n and_o acknowledge_v his_o hand_n when_o they_o see_v he_o work_v without_o mean_n because_o than_o they_o see_v nothing_o whereto_o they_o can_v ascribe_v that_o work_n but_o only_o to_o god_n and_o yet_o it_o be_v only_a god_n who_o give_v mean_n renu_v they_o and_o bless_v they_o so_o as_o in_o the_o midst_n of_o all_o mean_n must_v we_o lift_v up_o our_o hart_n to_o god_n and_o praise_v he_o and_o never_o sacrifice_v unto_o our_o net_n 2_o god_n may_v be_v consider_v towards_o ourselves_o or_o other_o many_o will_v praise_v god_n for_o themselves_o few_o for_o other_o and_o yet_o so_o must_v they_o do_v and_o even_o for_o their_o enemy_n so_o far_o must_v we_o all_o be_v from_o envy_v or_o lessen_v any_o of_o god_n work_n 3_o god_n give_v prosperity_n adversity_n some_o feel_n the_o sweetness_n of_o prosperity_n can_v acknowledge_v god_n goodness_n where_o be_v any_o that_o praise_v god_n for_o adversity_n and_o yet_o so_o must_v we_o all_o do_v and_o not_o only_o that_o but_o rejoice_v therein_o rom._n 5_o 3._o 1_o then_o shall_v a_o man_n be_v the_o fit_a to_o praise_n god_n for_o adversity_n when_o he_o have_v some_o while_n be_v under_o never_o at_o the_o first_o will_v or_o can_v a_o man_n usual_o thank_v for_o it_o 2_o when_o by_o have_v be_v under_o it_o he_o have_v get_v some_o good_a by_o it_o as_o knowledge_n of_o god_n providence_n justice_n power_n persuasion_n of_o god_n goodness_n increase_n of_o faith_n exorcise_v of_o patience_n meekness_n prayer_n etc._n etc._n else_o will_v our_o praise_v for_o it_o be_v but_o cold_a and_o therefore_o all_o man_n speech_n who_o say_v they_o thank_v god_n for_o affliction_n be_v not_o ever_o true_a hitherto_o of_o the_o thing_n now_o follow_v the_o manner_n with_o a_o upright_a hart_n so_o as_o it_o must_v be_v with_o the_o hart_n and_o that_o upright_o so_o as_o here_o be_v 1_o subject_n 2_o adjunct_n the_o subject_n be_v hart_n put_v here_o for_o the_o soul_n because_o that_o it_o be_v as_o it_o be_v the_o chair_n of_o estate_n of_o the_o soul_n wherein_o it_o most_o show_v
