yea_o over_o lade_v with_o ignorance_n not_o know_v the_o height_n of_o thy_o heavenly_a mystery_n nor_o the_o deceitful_a déepnes_n of_o the_o crafty_a and_o subtle_a argument_n and_o persuasion_n of_o my_o ghostly_a enemy_n which_o daily_a do_v assault_v my_o sinful_a soul_n and_o so_o burden_v the_o same_o that_o it_o can_v find_v no_o rest_n therefore_o o_o lord_n like_a as_o thou_o know_v my_o will_n and_o hearty_a desire_n be_v to_o serve_v thou_o notwithstanding_o these_o suggestion_n within_o i_o and_o without_o i_o and_o that_o i_o have_v a_o desire_n to_o live_v and_o die_v in_o thy_o most_o holy_a faith_n so_o lord_n i_o beseech_v thou_o never_o suffer_v the_o subtle_a persuasion_n contrary_a to_o thy_o truth_n to_o take_v place_n or_o root_n in_o my_o heart_n but_o like_a lord_n as_o thou_o have_v create_v my_o heart_n and_o give_v i_o in_o some_o measure_n a_o will_n to_o order_v the_o same_o according_a to_o thy_o bless_a will_n so_o lord_n i_o humble_o yield_v the_o same_o again_o into_o thy_o hand_n desire_v thou_o by_o thy_o holy_a spirit_n so_o to_o direct_v my_o way_n word_n and_o work_n that_o now_o and_o always_o they_o may_v be_v accepcable_a in_o thy_o sight_n and_o good_a lord_n suffer_v not_o my_o soul_n to_o perish_v which_o thou_o have_v buy_v so_o dear_o with_o thy_o most_o precious_a blood_n for_o the_o which_o great_a mercy_n sake_n of_o thou_o heretofore_o show_v unto_o i_o have_v mercy_n on_o i_o continual_o and_o make_v i_o poor_a in_o spirit_n and_o low_a of_o heart_n and_o content_a with_o my_o vocation_n submit_v myself_o whole_o into_o thy_o hand_n so_o that_o my_o desire_n may_v be_v to_o thy_o will_n and_o that_o no_o desire_n remain_v in_o i_o but_o only_o to_o do_v thy_o will_n and_o pleasure_n and_o grant_v i_o beseech_v thou_o that_o i_o may_v have_v none_o other_o trust_v but_o only_o in_o thou_o which_o art_n only_o to_o be_v trust_v and_o all_o trust_v itself_o and_o none_o beside_o thou_o grant_v further_a o_o lord_n that_o my_o poor_a soul_n may_v rest_v in_o thou_o yea_o in_o thou_o alone_o for_o thou_o have_v say_v they_o shall_v never_o be_v confound_v that_o put_v their_o trust_n in_o thou_o which_o trust_v lord_n grant_v i_o never_o to_o forsake_v for_o any_o vain_a trust_n or_o temptation_n or_o tribulation_n that_o may_v any_o manner_n of_o way_n fall_v out_o to_o vex_v my_o and_o show_v mercy_n so_o thou_o be_v a_o lord_n a_o revenger_n and_o a_o judge_n punish_v and_o condemne_v neither_o do_v thy_o holy_a scripture_n only_o set_v forth_o unto_o we_o a_o gospel_n which_o comfort_v we_o quicken_v we_o show_v we_o glad_a and_o joyful_a tiding_n forgive_v our_o sin_n and_o quiet_v our_o conscience_n and_o bring_v we_o unto_o everlasting_a life_n but_o also_o a_o law_n which_o reprove_v accuse_v condemn_v we_o wound_v and_o slay_v our_o conscience_n yea_o and_o throw_v we_o down_o headlong_o into_o the_o deep_a dungeon_n of_o hell_n and_o as_o the_o holy_a gospel_n lift_v we_o uppe_o and_o make_v we_o glad_a with_o the_o hope_n of_o remission_n and_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n so_o do_v the_o law_n pluck_v we_o down_o and_o almost_o drive_v we_o thou_o as_o a_o lord_n a_o revenger_n a_o judge_n for_o asmuch_o therefore_o o_o most_o gracious_a god_n and_o merciful_a saviour_n and_o most_o righteous_a judge_n as_o this_o do_v so_o mighty_o comfort_n of_o my_o conscience_n in_o this_o life_n and_o my_o endless_a salvation_n at_o the_o last_o and_o be_v not_o displease_v good_a lord_n that_o i_o a_o sinner_n with_o a_o unclean_a heart_n and_o pollute_a mind_n or_o sure_o i_o be_o not_o so_o sanctify_v outward_o and_o inward_o as_o be_v fit_a come_v hither_o this_o day_n to_o receive_v the_o bless_a sacrament_n of_o thy_o precious_a body_n and_o blood_n by_o a_o lively_a faith_n but_o remember_v merciful_a lord_n that_o thou_o refuse_v not_o the_o sinful_a magdalene_n be_v penitent_a from_o the_o kiss_n of_o thy_o most_o bless_a foot_n and_o in_o likewise_o despise_v i_o not_o ne_o put_v thou_o i_o away_o as_o unworthy_a from_o this_o bless_a sacrament_n for_o my_o sin_n and_o unkindness_n though_o i_o confess_v thou_o may_v just_o do_v so_o and_o do_v i_o no_o injury_n but_o grant_v thou_o i_o godly_a sorrow_n of_o heart_n plenty_n of_o unfeigned_a tear_n to_o testify_v unto_o my_o heart_n the_o wash_n away_o of_o my_o sin_n and_o wickedness_n so_o that_o with_o a_o pure_a heart_n and_o clean_a conscience_n i_o may_v this_o day_n come_v to_o and_o be_v partaker_n of_o the_o holy_a communion_n to_o thy_o glory_n outward_a and_o visible_a element_n grant_v i_o bless_a jesu_n so_o reverent_o and_o religious_o to_o receive_v the_o sacrament_n of_o thy_o flesh_n and_o blood_n that_o thereby_o i_o may_v assure_o feel_v myself_o incorporate_v into_o thy_o church_n as_o a_o sound_a member_n of_o thy_o body_n here_o on_o earth_n and_o though_o as_o yet_o i_o be_v not_o meet_a or_o fit_a by_o reason_n of_o my_o filthiness_n to_o be_v number_v among_o the_o simple_a and_o low_a of_o thy_o servant_n but_o rather_o to_o be_v reject_v for_o my_o sinfulness_n yet_o good_a lord_n of_o thy_o infinite_a power_n i_o know_v thou_o can_v and_o of_o thy_o singular_a goodness_n i_o hope_v thou_o will_v and_o therefore_o be_o also_o the_o more_o bold_a humble_o to_o entreat_v thou_o to_o make_v i_o equal_a and_o
