the_o word_n and_o sacrament_n but_o because_o of_o man_n corruption_n neither_o be_v the_o ground_n of_o their_o unite_n into_o another_o church_n fellowship_n because_o of_o the_o word_n of_o god_n but_o the_o work_n of_o men._n now_o because_o they_o make_v another_o ground_n of_o church_n fellowship_n which_o be_v not_o the_o gospel_n prefer_v the_o abominable_a work_n of_o man_n before_z or_o bondwoman_n which_o bring_v forth_o no_o child_n before_o god_n but_o gender_v all_o her_o child_n unto_o bondage_n against_o this_o mother_n the_o bondwoman_n the_o bride_n appropriate_v these_o title_n to_o herself_o i_o be_o the_o rose_n i_o be_o the_o lily_n and_o this_o i_o conceive_v to_o be_v the_o occasion_n of_o her_o speech_n 18._o rev._n 18._o the_o bondwoman_n boast_v herself_o to_o be_v a_o queen_n and_o no_o widow_n because_o she_o live_v as_o she_o suppose_v in_o the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n 54.4_o esa_n 54.4_o and_o also_o reproach_v the_o free_a mother_n because_o she_o forbid_v justification_n by_o the_o law_n now_o because_o she_o boast_v herself_o in_o the_o law_n the_o bride_n here_o take_v away_o from_o she_o all_o right_a and_o interest_n in_o christ_n her_o bridegroom_n and_o although_o she_o challenge_v to_o herself_o the_o title_n as_o to_o be_v the_o only_a rose_n and_o lily_n of_o christ_n yet_o she_o blossome_v not_o she_o bring_v by_o her_o doctrine_n no_o child_n unto_o glory_n therefore_o the_o bride_n say_v i_o notwithstanding_o the_o boast_n of_o the_o bondwoman_n be_o the_o glory_n of_o sharon_n i_o that_o be_o the_o free_a and_o fruitful_a mother_n be_o the_o lily_n for_o i_o only_a blossom_n and_o bring_v forth_o child_n unto_o glory_n and_o by_o thus_o say_v she_o boast_v not_o in_o herself_o but_o glori_v only_o in_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n her_o redeemer_n now_o the_o reason_n why_o she_o blossom_n and_o come_v to_o be_v so_o fruitful_a be_v because_o she_o be_v marry_v unto_o christ_n 2._o esa_n 35_o 2._o this_o be_v the_o reason_n give_v by_o the_o prophet_n esay_n when_o he_o say_v the_o wilderness_n shall_v rejoice_v and_o the_o desert_n shall_v blossom_v as_o the_o rose_n the_o glory_n of_o lebanon_n shall_v be_v give_v unto_o it_o the_o excellency_n of_o carmel_n and_o sharon_n meaning_n christ_n who_o be_v the_o excellency_n of_o carmel_n and_o sharon_n and_o the_o glory_n of_o all_o the_o cedar_n in_o lebanon_n shall_v be_v give_v in_o marriage_n to_o the_o desert_n and_o solitary_a to_o she_o that_o be_v barren_a and_o fruitless_a in_o she_o own_o eye_n carmel_n be_v a_o fruitful_a place_n where_o nabal_n have_v possession_n and_o sharon_n also_o be_v a_o fruitful_a field_n and_o in_o lebanon_n be_v many_o goodly_a cedar_n figure_v the_o godly_a people_n in_o all_o age_n of_o the_o church_n but_o take_v away_o the_o glory_n of_o lebanon_n and_o the_o excellency_n of_o carmel_n and_o sharon_n that_o be_v to_o say_v the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n impute_v and_o their_o glory_n depart_v like_o a_o bird_n and_o their_o fruit_n wither_v and_o come_v to_o nothing_o after_o the_o same_o manner_n must_v we_o with_o the_o bride_n learn_v to_o hold_v fast_o our_o title_n against_o the_o bondwoman_n and_o her_o child_n who_o by_o their_o doctrine_n bring_v forth_o all_o manner_n of_o sect_n and_o every_o sect_n do_v claim_v unto_o themselves_o the_o title_n as_o to_o be_v the_o only_a rose_n and_o lily_n of_o christ_n and_o condemn_v all_o other_o as_o antichristian_a that_o be_v not_o of_o their_o own_o way_n and_o yet_o they_o boast_v of_o nothing_o but_o of_o their_o own_o work_n now_o when_o this_o come_v to_o pass_v we_o must_v learn_v with_o the_o bride_n to_o strip_v they_o of_o their_o glory_n by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n because_o she_o boast_v herself_o in_o the_o law_n therefore_o we_o must_v show_v unto_o she_o her_o condemnation_n by_o the_o law_n and_o because_o we_o be_v barren_a and_o fruitless_a in_o our_o own_o eye_n and_o condemn_v by_o the_o law_n therefore_o must_v we_o lay_v fast_o hold_v on_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n our_o lord_n which_o be_v free_o give_v unto_o we_o without_o the_o law_n if_o thou_o walk_v according_a to_o this_o rule_n then_o shall_v thou_o become_v the_o fair_a flower_n in_o sharon_n perfume_v with_o the_o excellent_a scent_n of_o thy_o belove_a and_o the_o lily_n of_o the_o valley_n clothe_v and_o deck_v with_o his_o ornament_n and_o also_o the_o scent_n of_o the_o rose_n shall_v cast_v forth_o a_o excellent_a savour_n in_o every_o place_n and_o the_o smell_n of_o thy_o garment_n
