thing_n relate_v to_o the_o same_o and_o to_o the_o intent_n that_o no_o difference_n may_v hereafter_o arise_v among_o the_o person_n who_o shall_v be_v interest_v in_o the_o say_a mine_n stock_n and_o premise_n the_o same_o from_o time_n to_o time_n shall_v be_v manage_v order_v and_o govern_v during_o the_o say_a term_n of_o twenty_o two_o year_n and_o a_o half_a and_o the_o say_v further_a term_n of_o five_o year_n by_o the_o proprietor_n thereof_o and_o their_o assign_v who_o shall_v be_v entitle_v to_o the_o premise_n abovementioned_a in_o such_o general_n meeting_n committee_n by_o general_a meeting_n grand_a committee_n and_o private_a committee_n or_o court_n particular_a meeting_n or_o grand_a committee_n private_a meeting_n or_o select_a committee_n and_o under_o such_o condition_n and_o restriction_n and_o in_o such_o manner_n and_o form_n as_o be_v herein_o after_o set_v forth_o and_o declare_v that_o be_v to_o say_v and_o first_o it_o be_v declare_v and_o agree_v by_o and_o between_o all_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n that_o the_o most_o noble_a his_o grace_n the_o duke_n of_o leeds_n shall_v and_o may_v and_o be_v hereby_o humble_o desire_v to_o preside_v and_o be_v governor_n and_o chairman_n of_o the_o say_a company_n company_n his_o grace_n the_o duke_n of_o leeds_n governor_n of_o the_o company_n of_o and_o in_o all_o the_o say_a general_n meeting_n grand_a committee_n and_o select_a committee_n herein_o mention_v for_o and_o during_o the_o say_a several_a term_n of_o year_n above_o mention_v in_o case_n his_o grace_n the_o he_o shall_v happen_v so_o long_o to_o live_v and_o also_o that_o the_o say_a sir_n humphrey_n mackworth_n shall_v and_o may_v in_o the_o mean_a time_n and_o in_o the_o absence_n of_o his_o grace_n the_o say_a duke_n of_o leeds_n be_v deputy_n chairman_n of_o and_o in_o the_o say_v several_a meeting_n and_o committee_n aforesaid_a meet_v every_o person_n who_o have_v three_o share_n have_v one_o vote_n in_o a_o general_n meet_v for_o and_o during_o the_o natural_a life_n of_o his_o grace_n the_o say_a duke_n of_o leeds_n and_o far_a that_o such_o person_n who_o shall_v be_v proprietor_n of_o or_o entitle_v to_o three_o share_n or_o more_o of_o the_o say_a stock_n mine_n and_o premise_n or_o the_o profit_n or_o proceed_v thereof_o as_o aforesaid_a shall_v and_o may_v at_o such_o time_n and_o place_n as_o the_o say_a chairman_n for_o the_o time_n be_v shall_v appoint_v within_o the_o space_n of_o twenty_o day_n next_o after_o the_o say_a proposal_n shall_v be_v make_v accomplish_v and_o take_v effect_v share_n either_o by_o himself_o or_o by_o his_o deputy_n or_o proxy_n but_o no_o person_n be_v to_o have_v more_o than_o one_o vote_n though_o he_o have_v ever_o so_o many_o share_n and_o at_o such_o other_o time_n and_o time_n place_n and_o place_n as_o be_v herein_o after_o mention_v and_o direct_v either_o by_o themselves_o or_o their_o deputy_n or_o proxy_n
