and_o forge_v a_o counterfeit_n pardon_n for_o he_o which_o christ_n or_o the_o gospel_n have_v not_o sign_v only_o to_o cheer_n and_o delude_v he_o for_o a_o few_o hour_n i_o must_v not_o i_o dare_v not_o then_o say_v any_o thing_n contrary_a to_o the_o truth_n or_o to_o this_o doctrine_n which_o i_o believe_v to_o be_v such_o to_o deceive_v he_o or_o other_o it_o may_v not_o be_v then_o so_o seasonable_a nor_o be_o i_o bind_v at_o that_o time_n to_o preach_v this_o to_o he_o as_o i_o do_v now_o to_o the_o live_a that_o they_o may_v never_o come_v to_o this_o sad_a condition_n but_o may_v take_v care_n to_o prevent_v it_o by_o a_o timely_a repentance_n and_o a_o good_a life_n i_o will_v not_o for_o ten_o thousand_o world_n be_v in_o that_o lamentable_a case_n and_o i_o here_o warn_v every_o one_o that_o read_v this_o in_o the_o name_n of_o god_n to_o avoid_v it_o but_o what_o then_o shall_v such_o a_o one_o do_v shall_v he_o not_o pray_v shall_v he_o not_o cry_v mighty_o to_o god_n shall_v he_o not_o lament_v and_o mourn_v and_o be_v deep_o sorrowful_a and_o penitent_a yes_o by_o all_o mean_n as_o much_o as_o be_v possible_a and_o shall_v be_v direct_v advise_v and_o assist_v to_o do_v this_o by_o the_o minister_n and_o his_o friend_n and_o all_o about_o he_o but_o what_o will_v it_o signify_v according_a to_o the_o former_a doctrine_n it_o will_v not_o save_v his_o soul_n or_o get_v he_o heaven_n i_o answer_v i_o can_v say_v it_o will_v nor_o can_v any_o minister_n assure_v he_o of_o this_o but_o it_o will_v abate_v his_o misery_n and_o lessen_v his_o torment_n and_o be_v a_o great_a mitigation_n to_o his_o future_a punishment_n it_o will_v though_o not_o obtain_v a_o pardon_n for_o all_o the_o sin_n of_o his_o wicked_a life_n yet_o lighten_v his_o sentence_n in_o some_o measure_n and_o make_v his_o suffering_n to_o be_v something_o less_o than_o they_o will_v otherwise_o be_v there_o be_v many_o degree_n of_o torment_n and_o punishment_n even_o in_o hell_n itself_o as_o there_o be_v of_o glory_n and_o happiness_n in_o heaven_n as_o there_o be_v many_o mansion_n above_o in_o our_o father_n house_n so_o there_o be_v many_o cell_n in_o the_o infernal_a prison_n and_o some_o be_v beat_v there_o with_o more_o stripe_n and_o more_o intense_a torment_n than_o other_o the_o fire_n of_o hell_n be_v kindle_v seven_o time_n hot_a for_o some_o more_o profligate_v and_o dare_v and_o presumptuous_a sinner_n and_o especial_o for_o those_o who_o defy_v heaven_n and_o with_o their_o last_o breath_n deny_v or_o affront_n god_n and_o open_o scorn_v and_o disown_a religion_n such_o bold_a hector_n against_o heaven_n who_o stand_v out_o to_o the_o last_o against_o it_o and_o show_v no_o sign_n of_o sorrow_n or_o religion_n but_o brave_a hell_n and_o death_n these_o provoke_v god_n to_o the_o utmost_a and_o challenge_v he_o as_o it_o be_v to_o do_v his_o worst_a and_o they_o shall_v terrible_o feel_v the_o weight_n of_o his_o power_n and_o the_o force_n of_o his_o almighty_a arm_n and_o the_o effect_n of_o his_o most_o incense_a and_o provoke_v anger_n but_o now_o a_o penitent_a and_o fearful_a and_o sorrowful_a sinner_n who_o tremble_v at_o god_n judgement_n and_o be_v afraid_a of_o his_o indignation_n and_o lament_n over_o his_o sin_n and_o humble_v himself_o under_o his_o hand_n and_o repent_v as_o well_o as_o he_o can_v and_o bitter_o grieve_v for_o his_o sin_n and_o own_v god_n be_v just_a and_o righteous_a in_o punish_v he_o and_o that_o it_o be_v the_o due_a desert_n of_o his_o way_n and_o confess_v they_o before_o man_n and_o warn_v other_o from_o they_o and_o do_v all_o he_o can_v to_o undo_v they_o and_o make_v reparation_n for_o they_o and_o thus_o own_v religion_n though_o he_o have_v before_o deny_v and_o oppose_v it_o and_o give_v glory_n to_o god_n though_o he_o before_o dishonour_v and_o disobey_v he_o in_o his_o life_n such_o a_o one_o though_o for_o the_o reason_n before_o give_v he_o have_v not_o a_o sufficient_a title_n nor_o sufficient_a qualification_n for_o heaven_n because_o he_o have_v not_o perform_v the_o condition_n on_o which_o it_o be_v promise_v nor_o can_v acquire_v the_o virtuous_a habit_n that_o can_v alone_o fit_v he_o for_o it_o nor_o can_v come_v up_o to_o the_o full_a term_n on_o which_o god_n have_v promise_v pardon_n and_o salvation_n and_o all_o this_o die_a repentance_n be_v not_o enough_o to_o make_v he_o a_o true_o good_a man_n nor_o beget_v in_o he_o that_o holiness_n without_o which_o he_o shall_v never_o see_v god_n nor_o root_n out_o those_o old_a sinful_a act_n and_o habit_n that_o will_v condemn_v and_o make_v he_o miserable_a yet_o he_o shall_v have_v a_o very_a great_a abatement_n and_o mitigation_n to_o his_o
