allege_v the_o three_o cause_n matth._n cause_n 3_o the_o faithful_a that_o be_v alive_a may_v one_o of_o they_o know_v the_o necessity_n of_o another_o and_o pray_v unto_o god_n for_o they_o which_o the_o faithful_a depart_v not_o i_o be_o not_o ignorant_a what_o they_o be_v wont_v to_o object_n that_o the_o saint_n dead_a do_v in_o god_n as_o it_o be_v in_o a_o glass_n see_v all_o the_o thing_n profit_n therefore_o christ_n understand_v only_o those_o thing_n which_o concern_v the_o glory_n of_o god_n and_o our_o commodity_n and_o salvation_n all_o which_o thing_n indeed_o he_o have_v in_o with_o the_o father_n free_o give_v unto_o we_o the_o continual_a forgiveness_n of_o sin_n as_o have_v be_v say_v be_v join_v with_o his_o satisfaction_n and_o that_o do_v especial_o make_v steadfast_a and_o sure_a his_o immeasurable_a mercy_n theoph._n very_o a_o notable_a discourse_n and_o very_o full_a of_o comfort_n let_v we_o now_o return_v to_o the_o exposition_n of_o our_o petition_n why_o be_v this_o clause_n add_v in_o the_o end_n as_o we_o forgive_v they_o that_o trespass_n against_o we_o matth._n that_o be_v according_a to_o the_o promise_n make_v we_o of_o the_o forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n upon_o this_o condition_n that_o we_o forgive_v they_o that_o hurt_n us._n and_o christ_n will_v have_v it_o express_o mention_v because_o he_o know_v how_o hardly_o we_o forgive_v other_o their_o trespass_n therefore_o in_o this_o clause_n he_o call_v we_o to_o remember_v that_o we_o shall_v not_o obtain_v forgiveness_n of_o our_o sin_n at_o the_o hand_n of_o god_n except_o we_o also_o forgive_v our_o neighbour_n their_o offence_n hereupon_o be_v that_o threaten_n of_o god_n by_o the_o prophet_n against_o the_o israelite_n when_o you_o shall_v stretch_v
