and_o the_o same_o not_o will_n which_o the_o other_o have_v and_o now_o since_o the_o will_n and_o love_n which_o our_o lord_n have_v be_v but_o only_o of_o his_o own_o glory_n and_o of_o his_o their_o parent_n as_o to_o esteem_v that_o nothing_o can_v be_v compare_v to_o the_o joy_n of_o see_v their_o father_n so_o esteem_v which_o reach_v indeed_o so_o far_o as_o that_o to_o whatsoever_o necessity_n or_o affliction_n themselves_o may_v be_v subject_a it_o serve_v not_o to_o deprive_v they_o of_o that_o great_a joy_n because_o they_o aspire_v to_o no_o other_o end_n but_o only_o the_o honour_n of_o their_o parent_n now_o if_o this_o joy_n be_v so_o great_a what_o do_v you_o conceive_v that_o the_o joy_n of_o the_o saint_n may_v be_v when_o be_v transform_v by_o love_n into_o that_o lord_n and_o creator_n so_o infinite_o powerful_a as_o that_o by_o one_o only_a act_n of_o his_o will_n all_o that_o which_o be_v create_v have_v his_o beauty_n and_o his_o be_v and_o no_o one_o leaf_n of_o any_o tree_n can_v so_o much_o as_o wag_n but_o by_o his_o will_n infallible_o this_o be_v such_o a_o joy_n as_o no_o eye_n have_v see_v nor_o ear_n have_v hear_v nor_o can_v such_o a_o unspeakable_a knowledge_n as_o this_o ever_o enter_v into_o the_o hart_n of_o any_o man_n but_o such_o a_o one_o as_o enjoy_v and_o possess_v it_o you_o see_v here_o the_o love_n which_o the_o saint_n have_v in_o heaven_n speak_v according_a to_o the_o poorness_n of_o our_o understanding_n and_o from_o this_o abundant_a swell_a river_n which_o delight_v the_o city_n of_o god_n do_v flow_v that_o love_n which_o the_o soul_n in_o heaven_n bear_v to_o their_o neighbour_n for_o as_o all_o the_o desire_n and_o joy_n of_o the_o saint_n consist_v in_o their_o see_v god_n who_o be_v their_o true_a love_n full_a of_o honour_n and_o glory_n from_o hence_o they_o grow_v to_o love_v with_o a_o most_o fervent_a love_n and_o to_o desire_v with_o a_o excess_n of_o appetite_n that_o all_o the_o saint_n may_v be_v as_o full_a of_o glory_n and_o beauty_n as_o they_o alsoe_o be_v and_o they_o joy_v in_o this_o to_o a_o strange_a proportion_n because_o he_o be_v honour_v and_o glorify_v in_o they_o who_o honour_n and_o glory_n they_o only_o seek_v and_o in_o regard_n that_o this_o be_v the_o cause_n why_o they_o love_v the_o saint_n from_o hence_o it_o grow_v that_o they_o joy_v more_o and_o do_v more_o desire_v the_o glory_n and_o beauty_n of_o the_o great_a saint_n then_o of_o their_o very_a self_n because_o they_o see_v that_o our_o bless_a lord_n be_v more_o glorify_v in_o those_o other_o then_o in_o they_o and_o by_o this_o time_n you_o may_v perceive_v how_o fart_n this_o holy_a company_n be_v from_o self-love_n &_o from_o envy_n which_o spring_v from_o that_o root_n but_o you_o will_v tell_v i_o perhaps_o that_o it_o follow_v from_o hence_o that_o they_o
glorify_v our_o most_o bless_a lord_n and_o in_o this_o manner_n if_o you_o will_v you_o may_v incline_v your_o hart_n to_o the_o commaundment_n with_o respect_n to_o the_o retribution_n as_o the_o yourself_o be_v sad_a you_o must_v desire_v that_o our_o lord_n may_v be_v what_o he_o be_v and_o as_o for_o the_o delight_n and_o joy_n in_o our_o lord_n which_o use_v to_o follow_v hereupon_o this_o indeed_o be_v a_o fruit_n of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n 5._o gal._n 5._o which_o grow_v from_o this_o charity_n when_o our_o lord_n be_v please_v to_o communicate_v himself_o more_o familiar_o to_o a_o soul_n when_o his_o majesty_n bestow_v this_o favour_n let_v we_o bless_v he_o for_o it_o and_o when_o he_o do_v not_o let_v we_o yet_o persevere_v in_o that_o other_o exercise_v of_o ever_o content_a to_o suffer_v affliction_n when_o it_o come_v upon_o they_o and_o much_o more_o that_o kind_a of_o affliction_n which_o may_v be_v necessary_a to_o they_o for_o the_o avoid_n of_o sin_n enough_o if_o you_o see_v yourself_o contemn_v say_v christ_n our_o lord_n be_v my_o honour_n and_o he_o honour_v i_o let_v the_o world_n despâ—se_v i_o so_o he_o value_v i_o do_v not_o afflict_v communicate_v himself_o to_o you_o but_o wonder_v how_o so_o great_a a_o altitude_n as_o he_o can_v stoop_v to_o such_o a_o profound_a baseness_n as_o you_o it_o be_v the_o property_n of_o ill-natured_a and_o ill-mannerd_a seruamt_n to_o value_v their_o master_n at_o a_o less_o rate_n for_o vouchsafe_v to_o descend_v and_o become_v familiar_a with_o they_o then_o if_o they_o have_v live_v with_o they_o like_o lord_n but_o they_o who_o live_v in_o true_a light_n esteem_v that_o lord_n so_o much_o the_o more_o as_o he_o do_v the_o more_o vouchsafe_v to_o diminish_v himself_o the_o true_a love_n of_o christ_n our_o lord_n carry_v this_o badge_n with_o it_o in_o token_n that_o it_o be_v indeed_o of_o he_o that_o as_o it_o apprehende_v and_o high_o esteem_v the_o goodness_n of_o god_n so_o it_o also_o apprehende_n and_o profound_o disesteeme_v the_o wickedness_n of_o man_n therefore_o love_n adore_v and_o serve_v our_o lord_n with_o joy_n but_o yet_o rejoice_v with_o tremble_v not_o a_o tremble_a as_o of_o a_o slave_n in_o the_o midst_n of_o torment_n but_o as_o of_o a_o true_a and_o tenderharted_a child_n who_o high_o fear_v to_o give_v any_o disgust_n to_o her_o
