for_o saint_n paul_n say_v in_o this_o manner_n every_o man_n must_v be_v obedient_a unto_o the_o high_a power_n for_o the_o power_n be_v of_o god_n and_o therefore_o who_o so_o ever_o resist_v the_o power_n resy_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n and_o they_o that_o resy_v the_o ordinance_n of_o god_n shall_v get_v to_o themselves_o damnation_n for_o ruler_n be_v not_o fearful_a to_o they_o that_o be_v sorry_a and_o heavy_a for_o his_o offence_n and_o for_o the_o death_n which_o he_o himself_o by_o the_o law_n do_v and_o must_v needs_o condemn_v he_o unto_o and_o although_o inferior_a ruler_n
