this_o commandment_n wherefore_o see_v ever_o since_o the_o entrance_n of_o evil_a lust_n this_o have_v be_v and_o be_v the_o devil_n secret_a mean_n to_o entice_v and_o draw_v we_o unto_o all_o sin_n most_o lively_a how_o great_a and_o urgent_a cause_n we_o have_v always_o to_o lift_v up_o our_o eye_n to_o our_o saviour_n christ_n who_o be_v and_o be_v still_o lift_v up_o unto_o we_o like_v unto_o that_o heal_a serpent_n which_o be_v lift_v up_o by_o moses_n in_o the_o wilderness_n that_o by_o faith_n in_o he_o we_o may_v obtain_v help_n even_o a_o sovereign_a counterpoison_v against_o the_o stinging_n of_o this_o venomous_a serpent_n who_o have_v so_o deep_o and_o so_o deadly_a convey_v his_o poison_n into_o us._n we_o may_v see_v also_o what_o great_a cause_n we_o have_v to_o be_v make_v due_a use_n from_o these_o sensible_a assurance_n of_o god_n love_n that_o thereby_o we_o may_v the_o rather_o have_v power_n against_o the_o vanity_n of_o our_o mind_n etc._n etc._n let_v we_o learn_v to_o make_v the_o lord_n our_o portion_n and_o let_v christ_n our_o saviour_n be_v in_o stead_n of_o all_o covetable_a or_o desirable_a thing_n unto_o we_o according_a to_o the_o doctrine_n gracious_a and_o princely_a government_n promise_v under_o the_o name_n and_o kingdom_n of_o king_n david_n or_o any_o other_o good_a king_n of_o israel_n according_a to_o that_o which_o the_o holy_a angel_n testify_v to_o the_o virgin_n mary_n luke_n chap._n 1._o verse_n 31.32.33_o and_o according_a to_o that_o we_o read_v heb._n 3._o verse_n 3.4.5.6_o yea_o by_o so_o much_o be_v the_o government_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n more_o gracious_a than_o the_o government_n of_o any_o other_o king_n or_o prince_n ever_o can_v or_o possible_o can_v be_v because_o he_o only_o vanquisheth_z our_o great_a enemy_n and_o give_v we_o that_o victory_n which_o be_v the_o most_o glorious_a of_o all_o other_o we_o our_o saviour_n christ_n perfect_a ob_v ence_n for_o we_o for_o he_o subdue_v not_o only_o our_o outward_a foe_n but_o also_o our_o spiritual_a adversary_n not_o only_o host_n and_o army_n of_o man_n but_o also_o the_o legion_n and_o thousand_o of_o devil_n that_o war_n against_o us._n and_o final_o he_o set_v we_o in_o heavenly_a throne_n with_o himself_o etc._n etc._n most_o sweet_a therefore_o may_v the_o comfort_n of_o these_o testimony_n be_v just_o unto_o us._n and_o who_o of_o we_o may_v they_o not_o worthy_o move_v to_o deny_v ourselves_o and_o after_o the_o example_n of_o our_o saviour_n christ_n and_o by_o his_o grace_n to_o give_v all_o due_a honour_n to_o every_o man_n and_o chief_o to_o the_o lord_n himself_o god_n our_o unperfect_a obedience_n for_o christ_n sake_n accept_v of_o god_n every_o of_o we_o content_v ourselves_o with_o our_o estate_n and_o under_o god_n walk_v honourable_o in_o our_o place_n and_o calling_n that_o so_o god_n may_v honour_v we_o according_a to_o his_o rich_a mercy_n and_o free_a grace_n in_o jesus_n christ_n to_o who_o be_v all_o honour_n and_o glory_n all_o worship_n praise_n and_o thanksgiving_n both_o now_o and_o for_o evermore_o amen_n the_o sixth_o commandment_n follow_v which_o be_v that_o thou_o shall_v not_o kill_v or_o as_o it_o be_v more_o usual_o english_v in_o the_o same_o sense_n thou_o shall_v do_v no_o murder_n this_o latter_a interpretation_n as_o it_o be_v more_o usual_a so_o
