familiar_a instance_n the_o sun_n it_o be_v the_o original_a cause_n and_o fountain_n of_o light_n but_o the_o open_n of_o the_o window_n that_o be_v the_o condition_n or_o medium_n by_o which_o the_o sun_n transmits_n its_z light_n into_o the_o house_n and_o fire_n be_v the_o proper_a cause_n of_o heat_n but_o the_o air_n notwithstanding_o a_o necessary_a requisite_a without_o which_o it_o can_v burn_v or_o to_o instance_n in_o moral_n concern_v which_o be_v more_o direct_a to_o the_o thing_n in_o hand_n he_o that_o sell_v and_o make_v over_o his_o estate_n to_o another_o upon_o the_o tender_a and_o receipt_n of_o a_o considerable_a sum_n of_o money_n here_o the_o money_n or_o valuable_a consideration_n give_v be_v the_o true_a and_o proper_a cause_n why_o this_o man_n part_n with_o his_o estate_n and_o settle_v it_o upon_o another_o person_n but_o he_o now_o that_o make_v over_o a_o estate_n suppose_v of_o some_o thousand_o by_o the_o year_n to_o some_o poor_a man_n
