of_o measure_n sinful_a a_o capital_a evil_n and_o most_o dangerous_a disease_n of_o the_o soul_n which_o be_v more_o hearty_o to_o be_v abhor_v and_o more_o careful_o to_o be_v avoid_v than_o the_o plague_n leprosy_n or_o corporal_a lethargy_n but_o for_o as_o much_o as_o it_o be_v not_o sufficient_a that_o we_o see_v the_o manifold_a mischief_n of_o this_o spiritual_a sickness_n and_o thereby_o be_v move_v to_o hate_v it_o and_o earnest_o to_o desire_v to_o be_v free_v from_o it_o unless_o we_o also_o know_v by_o what_o mean_v our_o desire_n may_v be_v satisfy_v i_o will_v in_o the_o next_o place_n propound_v the_o preseruative_n which_o may_v keep_v we_o from_o this_o disease_n and_o the_o medicine_n which_o may_v cure_v and_o recover_v we_o if_o we_o be_v already_o fall_v into_o it_o first_o then_o if_o we_o will_v be_v cure_v of_o this_o spiritual_a lethargy_n we_o must_v imitate_v skilful_a physician_n who_o to_o effect_v a_o perfect_a cure_n do_v labour_n chief_o to_o take_v away_o the_o cause_n of_o the_o sickness_n and_o withal_o to_o strengthen_v and_o confirm_v the_o affect_a part_n that_o be_v expulse_v they_o may_v be_v able_a to_o keep_v they_o from_o re-enter_v which_o not_o be_v observe_v there_o can_v be_v no_o perfect_a cure_n but_o the_o patient_n will_v be_v ready_a upon_o the_o next_o distemper_n of_o heat_n cold_a or_o misdiet_n to_o relapse_n
