ye Rulers fear the living God and give over persecuting the Saints which cannot respect your persons for Conscience sake for the Lord God of Heaven and Earth wil be avenged of all his Adversaries and upon all the oppressors of his own people that would make them transgress the righteous Law of God which respects no mans person and you that do so are enemies to God and so denies the Faith of our Lord Jesus Christ which is without respect of persons Iam. 2.
