from_o appease_v he_o that_o they_o incense_v he_o the_o more_o against_o they_o and_o that_o because_o they_o be_v unsound_a for_o man._n for_o matter_n for_o manner_n 1_o the_o sacrificer_n be_v grand_a apostate_n and_o idolater_n they_o rest_v in_o the_o work_n do_v and_o in_o their_o ceremonious_a observance_n and_o bodily_a worship_n devoid_a of_o all_o faith_n or_o true_a obedience_n and_o so_o become_v abominable_a to_o god_n 2_o they_o fail_v in_o the_o matter_n of_o their_o worship_n it_o be_v not_o of_o divine_a institution_n but_o of_o their_o own_o invention_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v so_o oft_o emphatical_o call_v you_o i_o hate_v your_o feast_n they_o go_v direct_o contrary_a to_o god_n command_n for_o he_o command_v they_o to_o worship_n at_o jerusalem_n in_o his_o temple_n there_o but_o they_o leave_v the_o temple_n and_o go_v a_o whore_v after_o calf_n and_o idol_n at_o bethel_n gilgal_n dan_n and_o beersheba_n thus_o they_o change_v the_o place_n sin_n in_o this_o verse_n therefore_o we_o have_v a_o prolepsis_n or_o prevent_v and_o anticipate_v of_o a_o objection_n whereas_o they_o boast_v that_o they_o be_v the_o people_n of_o god_n and_o do_v service_n to_o he_o to_o this_o the_o prophet_n bring_v in_o the_o lord_n say_v i_o hate_v and_o abhor_v your_o service_n since_o they_o come_v from_o such_o wicked_a person_n who_o be_v my_o profess_a enemy_n and_o what_o you_o do_v have_v no_o foundation_n in_o my_o word_n but_o be_v a_o mere_a will-worship_n of_o your_o own_o invent_v in_o this_o and_o the_o two_o next_o verse_n we_o have_v 1_o the_o particular_n of_o their_o worship_n they_o have_v 1_o feastival_n as_o sabbath_n new-moon_n solemn_a assembly_n 2_o sacrifice_n as_o burnt-offering_n meat-offering_n peace-offering_n 3_o singing_z 1_o vocal_a 2_o instrumental_a 2_o here_o be_v god_n abhorrency_n of_o all_o these_o service_n express_v in_o variety_n of_o word_n as_o 1_o i_o hate_v they_o 2_o i_o abhor_v they_o 3_o i_o will_v not_o smell_v they_o 4_o i_o will_v not_o accept_v they_o 5_o i_o will_v not_o regard_v they_o 6_o away_o with_o they_o 3_o here_o be_v the_o reason_n of_o this_o abhorrency_n and_o that_o be_v because_o they_o be_v 1_o your_o feast_n 2_o your_o sacrifice_n 3_o your_o song_n they_o be_v none_o of_o i_o either_o for_o matter_n or_o manner_n but_o they_o be_v of_o your_o own_o invent_v
