the_o same_o person_n may_v otherwise_o sustain_v and_o bear_v in_o respect_n or_o by_o reason_n of_o such_o person_n recusancy_n according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o the_o statute_n in_o that_o behalf_n it_o have_v be_v doubt_v whether_o these_o word_n do_v refer_v only_o to_o the_o manner_n of_o the_o recusants_n conformity_n or_o to_o the_o time_n likewise_o when_o it_o be_v to_o be_v do_v as_o well_o as_o to_o the_o manner_n for_o if_o they_o refer_v to_o the_o time_n than_o the_o recusant_n be_v still_o bind_v notwithstanding_o this_o statute_n to_o conform_v before_o judgement_n according_a to_o the_o statute_n of_o 23_o eliz._n cap._n 1._o 1_o stat._n 23_o eliz._n 1_o or_o his_o conformity_n afterward_o shall_v not_o discharge_v he_o of_o the_o penalty_n but_o the_o better_a opinion_n be_v that_o by_o these_o word_n according_a to_o the_o true_a meaning_n of_o the_o statute_n be_v to_o be_v intend_v only_o that_o the_o recusant_n must_v conform_v in_o such_o manner_n as_o be_v there_o appoint_v but_o as_o to_o the_o time_n the_o general_a word_n here_o have_v enlarge_v the_o time_n limit_v by_o 23_o eliz._n sufficient_a if_o the_o recusant_n conform_v after_o judgement_n it_o be_v sufficient_a for_o this_o statute_n be_v make_v in_o further_a favour_n of_o the_o recusant_n so_o that_o now_o if_o he_o conform_v after_o judgement_n it_o be_v time_n enough_o and_o he_o shall_v be_v discharge_v of_o all_o penalty_n in_o respect_n of_o his_o recusancy_n and_o if_o a_o information_n tam_fw-la pro_fw-la domino_fw-la rege_fw-la quam_fw-la enact_v by_o authority_n of_o this_o present_a parliament_n that_o every_o man_n be_v or_o which_o shall_v be_v a_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v and_o who_o shall_v be_v hereafter_o marry_v other_o than_o in_o the_o church_n or_o churchyard_n or_o not_o according_a to_o the_o ecclesiastical_a law_n of_o this_o realm_n that_o the_o executor_n or_o administrator_n of_o every_o such_o person_n so_o bury_v know_v the_o same_o or_o the_o party_n that_o cause_v he_o to_o be_v so_o bury_v shall_v forfeit_v the_o sum_n of_o twenty_o pound_n the_o one_o three_o part_n whereof_o shall_v be_v to_o our_o sovereign_a lord_n the_o king_n the_o other_o three_o part_n to_o the_o informer_n or_o he_o or_o they_o that_o will_v sue_v for_o the_o same_o and_o the_o other_o three_o part_n to_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n where_o such_o person_n die_v to_o be_v recover_v by_o action_n of_o debt_n bill_n plaint_n or_o information_n in_o any_o of_o the_o king_n majesty_n court_n of_o be_v not_o actual_o excommunicate_v be_v intend_v only_o of_o one_o actual_o excommunicate_v and_o not_o of_o he_o who_o be_v a_o popish_a recusant_n convict_v who_o shall_v not_o be_v repute_v as_o a_o person_n excommunicate_a to_o this_o intent_n but_o only_o as_o to_o the_o point_n of_o a_o disability_n as_o have_v be_v say_v sect._n 12._o so_o that_o if_o any_o popish_a recusant_n not_o actual_o excommunicate_v be_v bury_v elsewhere_o or_o otherwise_o then_o be_v here_o mention_v although_o he_o be_v convict_v yet_o it_o be_v a_o offence_n punishable_a by_o this_o law_n and_o be_v it_o further_o enact_v by_o this_o present_a parliament_n realm_n stat._n sect._n 18._o child_n depart_v the_o realm_n that_o if_o the_o child_n of_o any_o subject_a within_o this_o realm_n the_o say_a child_n not_o be_v soldier_n mariners_z merchant_n or_o their_o apprentice_n or_o factor_n to_o prevent_v their_o good_a education_n in_o england_n or_o for_o any_o other_o cause_n shall_v hereafter_o be_v send_v or_o go_v beyond_o sea_n without_o licence_n of_o the_o king_n majesty_n or_o six_o of_o his_o honourable_a privy_a council_n whereof_o the_o principal_a secretary_n to_o be_v one_o under_o their_o hand_n and_o seal_n depart_v the_o forfeiture_n of_o such_o as_o depart_v that_o then_o all_o and_o every_o such_o child_n and_o child_n so_o send_v or_o which_o shall_v so_o go_v beyond_o the_o sea_n shall_v take_v no_o benefit_n by_o any_o gift_n conveyance_n descent_n devise_n or_o otherwise_o of_o or_o to_o any_o land_n tenement_n hereditament_n lease_n good_n or_o chattel_n until_o he_o or_o they_o be_v of_o the_o age_n of_o eighteén_n year_n or_o above_o take_v the_o oath_n mention_v in_o a_o act_n of_o parliament_n make_v this_o present_a session_n entitle_v a_o act_n for_o the_o better_a discover_v and_o repress_v of_o popish_a recusant_n before_o some_o justice_n of_o peace_n of_o the_o county_n liberty_n or_o limit_v where_o such_o parent_n of_o such_o child_n as_o shall_v be_v so_o send_v do_v or_o shall_v inherit_v and_o dwell_v and_o that_o in_o the_o mean_a time_n the_o next_o of_o he_o or_o her_o kin_n which_o shall_v be_v no_o popish_a recusant_n shall_v have_v and_o enjoy_v the_o say_v land_n tenement_n hereditament_n lease_n good_n and_o chattel_n so_o give_v convey_v descend_v or_o devise_v until_o such_o time_n
