¶_o by_o the_o king_n â§_o a_o proclamation_n for_o the_o banish_n of_o giles_n mompesson_n whereas_o giles_n mompesson_n late_a knight_n for_o great_a and_o insufferable_a crime_n by_o he_o commit_v to_o the_o abuse_n of_o his_o majesty_n and_o grievous_a oppression_n of_o his_o subject_n have_v by_o the_o high_a court_n of_o parliament_n be_v declare_v to_o be_v degrade_v of_o the_o order_n of_o knighthood_n and_o sentence_v and_o adjudge_v to_o sustain_v and_o bear_v other_o punishment_n as_o by_o the_o record_n of_o the_o foresay_a judgement_n appear_v the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n approve_v in_o all_o thing_n the_o just_a proceed_n and_o sentence_n of_o the_o same_o his_o high_a court_n of_o parliament_n which_o to_o prevent_v the_o say_a mompesson_n while_o the_o matter_n be_v in_o examination_n escape_v from_o his_o keeper_n and_o flee_v and_o be_v not_o now_o to_o be_v find_v nevertheless_o his_o majesty_n desire_v to_o assure_v all_o his_o love_a subject_n how_o hateful_a and_o offensive_a it_o be_v to_o his_o majesty_n that_o his_o people_n shall_v be_v so_o injure_v molest_v vex_a or_o oppress_v and_o willing_a by_o the_o severity_n of_o his_o justice_n to_o deter_v all_o other_o from_o any_o like_a attempt_n or_o enterprise_n hereafter_o have_v resolve_v over_o and_o beside_o all_o the_o punishment_n inflict_v upon_o the_o say_a mompesson_n by_o the_o judgement_n of_o parliament_n to_o add_v this_o further_a punishment_n in_o detestation_n of_o his_o offence_n utter_o to_o banish_v and_o expel_v the_o say_a giles_n mompesson_n out_o of_o his_o realm_n of_o england_n scotland_n and_o ireland_n and_o all_o other_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n as_o a_o person_n infamous_a and_o unworthy_a to_o partake_v of_o any_o the_o comfort_n of_o his_o majesty_n happy_a government_n and_o therefore_o his_o majesty_n do_v hereby_o express_o charge_v and_o command_v that_o the_o say_v giles_n mompesson_n if_o now_o he_o be_v abide_v within_o any_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n do_v forthwith_o after_o the_o publication_n hereof_o depart_v and_o withdraw_v himself_o out_o of_o the_o same_o and_o that_o after_o such_o his_o departure_n or_o if_o he_o be_v now_o in_o any_o part_n out_o of_o his_o majesty_n dominion_n that_o he_o do_v not_o at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o return_v into_o the_o same_o or_o any_o of_o they_o upon_o pain_n to_o incur_v not_o only_o the_o severe_a &_o uttermost_a execution_n of_o the_o say_a sentence_n and_o judgement_n of_o parliament_n but_o the_o forfeiture_n of_o whatsoever_o he_o may_v forfeit_v to_o his_o majesty_n and_o of_o all_o such_o further_a punishment_n as_o his_o majesty_n in_o his_o kingly_a power_n and_o prerogative_n may_v inflict_v upon_o he_o give_v at_o our_o palace_n of_o westminster_n the_o thirty_o of_o march_n in_o the_o nineteen_o year_n of_o our_o reign_n of_o great_a britain_n france_n and_o ireland_n god_n save_o the_o king_n â§_o imprint_v at_o london_n by_o bonham_n norton_n and_o john_n bill_n printer_n to_o the_o king_n most_o excellent_a majesty_n m.dc.xxi_o
