Die Veneris 6 Decembr 1650. Resolved by the Parliament THat no Captain shall absent himself from his Charge without leave from his Field-Officer and in such his absence leaving his Lieutenant with his Charge for whom he will be answerable touching such Injuries and Damage as shal be done to or sustained by any of the People by the Soldiers under the Command of such Captain And that it be referred to the Councel of State to take especial care that the Act for preventing of Free-Quarter and likewise this Vote be effectually put in Execution ORdered by the Parliament That this Vote be forthwith Printed and Published Hen Scobell Cleric Parliamenti London Printed by Edward Husband and Iohn Field Printers to the Parliament of England 1650.
